Wow! What a pleasant surprise to come home and see my yard cleaned up! The team (JAZ and Ryan) did an excellent job - Thank you for the attention to detail including emptying my yard trash container and bring the garbage containers back to the side of the garage. You folks are AWESOME!

Total flakes from a business perspective. Wanted work done immediately. Owner called & beat around the bush with nothing for weeks. I just wanted the work done. Very poor business sense. I also was never provided a quote. Just random numbers being thrown out over the phone. Which happened to be drastically higher than the other 2 licensed lawn care companies I talked to. Had 2 other companies come out meet with me personally at a designated time (which Parkway doesn't do) and got written quotes for the work on the spot. Terrible experience dealing with Parkway.

If I could give this company a minus rating I would. Owner (Bob) and cohort Darol are worthless. We had this service for two years, lawn and snowplowing. Each year it got worse. Would not return calls, poor replies when they did respond. I am going to let you decide from the pictures if you would hire this team. After burning out the front lawn they wanted $150.00 dollars to reseed. That was the final straw. Beware of these guys. Please drive by and see for yourself. 6630 Humboldt Ave So, Richfield.

My sister-in-law passed away unexpectedly in November and my wife is her only living survivor and we live in North Carolina. Parkway provided a full lawn and property service to conduct ALL the needs of the property during our absence as we prepared the home for sale. We sold the property in April and during this time Parkway did an exceptional job!! Besides snow removal and lawn care they also fertilize, overseeded, conducted a full spring cleanup and put some de-Icer down during the thawing periods!! They are extremely proactive in any treatments and were very easy to get ahold of!!! Highly recommend their services!!!!

I would recommend Parkway Lawn Services to anyone who values a beautiful, healthy lawn. This is my second year as their customer and they do a beautiful job of keeping my lawn mown and trimmed at a great price. I have signed up for the fertilizer/weed control this year, as well.

I have tried to call this company 2 years in a row and also sent emails through their contact form. I've never once heard back from them. if it is this hard to give them money for services I don't believe they want business very much and I even live pretty close to their office location which would probably be convenient. I can only assume that dealing with them when it comes to billing and services provided would also probably also be a nightmare.

Even after the owners response trying to save face for the public, I stand by my review. I just chose to leave it under a different account because I have heard that houses have been vandalized who leave bad reviews onother businesses. Everything I stated was truthful but it doesn't really matter now because I would never do business with this company.

As a new home owner and a single mom of some little ones, I was overwhelmed with the work on the yard come spring. Parkway responded immediately and came out within days to complete spring clean up and get my yard under control. It was such a relief to come home and see it done and in such great condition. Very grateful!

I was VERY impressed with the service Parkway Lawn Service provided me over this past year. I originally hired Parkway to do my mulch and garden beds, bushes trimming, fall cleanup and everything looked so great! Next, I hired them for the winter-lucky for me-because the winter was so horrendous- and that was when I became REALLY impressed- Bob sent a snow alert email with each storm to let us know what to expect for when we would be plowed out. Once, I got plowed in by the street plow just after the guys got done. I called, and they were there within an hour to clean up the end of the driveway. This Spring, they did the clean up and now are mowing again, and my neighbor complimented my yard this year. He even asked if I was getting ready to move because the yard looks to good! Our yard was severely damaged the Summer of 2021from the drought, watering restrictions and grubs. Parkway aerated, fertilized, applied grub control and overseeded the front lawn. They also applied grub control and sodded the entire back yard. Our yard is looking great. The Parkway crew were awesome. Very Happy.

This is a second-hand review, as Parkway Lawn took over the mowing after we moved out of our Mpls home and relocated to Maryland. On the strength of the reports from friends and neighbors who kept their eyes on the property until the closing, Parkway Lawn did a super job with the mowing etc. We are especially grateful for their help and willingness to take on a short-term job. Everyone I dealt with personally was wonderful to work with, and their flexibility was much appreciated.

We switched to Parkway Lawn Service in 2012 for residential landscaping and snow removal, after several years with two different services.

Everything about working with them has been a dramatic improvement over other vendors. From the quick and efficient sales process to the start of services....to plowing during this week's snowstorm. During a 24-hour period, Parkway Lawn arrived at our house (without us having to request anything) to plow THREE times. Their people are careful, detail-oriented, responsive and friendly.

I hired Parkway Lawn Service to perform my yard spring cleaning and they did an amazing job! I have had this done every year for the past 10 years with different people and Parkway did it better than anyone! Hire them and you will not be disappointed!

Our front lawn was damaged from the summer drought. We had Parkway aerate and overseed this fall, and our lawn looks fantastic! We couldn’t be more pleased. We have also used Parkway for weed control, lawn fertilization and edging services. They have always been timely and their communication is great. Highly recommended!!
