Left a voicemail for Fish WC and they called me back the same day and scheduled an in person estimate for the following day. I have a two story house with a sun porch with big glass windows and doors. The estimate was $234 plus tax. We scheduled a cleaning for an afternoon time slot a couple days later. Zach the technician showed up on time and proceeded to do his job. When he was ‘done’ about 2.5 hours later, I noticed he’d missed many panes and left streaks on other windows he’d cleaned. I had to keep pointing this out to him. He seemed like he didn’t know how to open a window in a bedroom to clean panes on both sides. Anyway, a couple days later the manager of the Franchise called for payment and asked for feedback. I told her he exactly what happened. The next day she came out to see for herself and proceeded to re-do and clean every window. She did a great job. She apologized many times. She didn’t offer a discount but I figured since she did such a great job I would just pay the full amount. Came to about $250 with tax. You pay via scanning a QR code on the invoice. It’s a little confusing because they require you to enter a franchise number and job number on the payment site, but the invoice doesn’t list them exactly as such. They’re unmarked in very small font on the top left of the invoice. Anyway, would’ve given them two stars based upon the initial cleaning, but giving them five stars based on the follow up cleaning.

Fish Window cleaning was out yesterday to clean the 53 window panes in our home. They were quick, courteous, and professional. Windows looked great and they were very affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
