This company is the most thorough cleaning company I know, they care about the everyone’s safety. Throughout the year of 2020 this company took Covid-19 serious and made sure every employee’s work was inspected. When necessary the employee’s are randomly supervised to make sure the proper sanitation procedure was met.

BRC is an absolutely wonderful company to partner with. Their consistency and ability to get a cleaning scheduled last minute is unparalleled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

BRC is hands down the best cleaning vendor that I've had the pleasure of working with during my years in property management. Their reliability, consistency and quality is unmatched! Francisco in the scheduling department is so great to work with. Not only does he respond to service requests in record timing, but he's always accommodating and finds a way to meet our needs, even in a pinch. The president, Mario, is so professional and a great representation of the company. He made the bidding and service contract process seamless, and continues to ensure they're providing the most quality services. Our contracted weekly cleaner, Fidel, is absolutely wonderful!! Not only does he do an incredible job maintaining our building, he has become a big part of our community, and our residents love him! Every single person we've worked with at BRC has done an immaculate job, and in addition has been professional and genuine. I can't recommend BRC enough!

It did the job but the cost was VERY high.

Really great product and excellent service. Now when I get a new piece of furniture, I schedule Fiberseal to come the same day. In 3 months, they have saved my same chair twice...once from pizza sauce and secondly from red washable marker.

Very unhappy with the value and effectiveness of this service, and no offer to reimburse for the stains that occurred. If the product doesn't protect from pet stains, then why would you pay so much money to have this false sense of protection. Don't be fooled

This company is awesome. They treated a new rug for us to help protect it. They also helped with a couple spots where our dog was sick. They go above and beyond when it comes to service and support. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service - the work was great. The service reps that came to my house were very respectful and quick! However, was very upset and dissatisfied that they invoiced me more than they quoted me with no communication. When I reached out to correct the invoice - they were so rude to me telling me that my chairs were overly soiled and that it was my issue. A truly unbelievable situation that had me stunned. I will never use Fiber-Seal again after this experience or recommend.
