I was afforded the opportunity to get to know the owner and many of the associates that are employed with TCGCC because of Covid and the immediate need last June to begin doing disinfection work at some of the largest distribution centers for one of the largest companies in the world. Our company developed a disinfecting regimen that we were able to implement immediately that encompassed over 3 million square feet per day, and through many months, concluding in almost a full year of services. Our services required between 4 and 25 people per day at 8 sites all through the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and were it was key as an essential service provider that they be done on time, efficient, and thorough and TCGCC was our go to provider for personnel that fueled this opportunity. There are many days that we had to pivot without notice, and I always knew that I could count on this partnership to help us. They did, many times over. The owner, Uli Martinez, spent many nights/early morning hours on site with both of our teams to ensure they were fulfilling their responsibilities to us, and by extension, our client. Keep in mind that these services were from 10pm - 6am most days, weekends, and some really disjointed hours during holidays. Never missed a service, and never complained or allowed the staff to remain anything less than upbeat. We had many occasions when we serviced new locations within 12 hours on weekend nights when we received the call, and Uli and his staff were the only ones I entrusted with this task. You need to do business with this company, the integrity and workmanship were on par with some of the best I have ever encountered. Thanks to Uli and his team for always being there for us.

Uli Martinez and his team are incredible partners to a business. Our relationship began as his team took remarkably good care of the network of coworking spaces that I helped operate in the Twin Cities. We still remain friends to this day.

My company just moved a bakery production facility / warehouse and contracted Common Good to do the cleanup. The space had seen much demolition work and 10 years of dirt and grease build up in some areas. CG came in and did a completely awesome job in record time. The main area tile floor looked new, and he quality of work blew us away. These people know what they're doing, are easy to work with and very flexible. A great experience.

Awesome service, prompt, thorough and courtesy.

I really really wanted to love them. Everyone was so sweet, but I found they didn't do anything I already did on my own. That "aahhh today was cleaning people day" did not exist. The last straw was when I had to sweep my kitchen floor right after they left.

Not a place I would recommend. They did a good job in basement and bedrooms but the main floor was a mess. Did not vacum up dog hair from stone floors the just mopped over it. They did not even clean powder room or laundry area.

Been with MFAD for a couple years and Mary always does an outstanding job! The company is easy to work with; I would highly recommend!

I needed help with cleaning my dad's house after he passed and boy let me tell you they did a Great Job!! The team was on time, very friendly, and detailed! I would recommend them 100% .I might have to have them come clean my house .

With 4 active dogs and my father living with I needed help with cleaning. 1easy phone call and everything we set up. Maid for a day showed up on time, had no problems with my dogs (even helped me move them outside), then they did an amazing job cleaning my house. My bathrooms sparkled! They were in and out so quickly. I will never call anyone else. Maid for a day is the only service to call.
