The Art of Cleaning has been cleaning our downtown condo for years, they’re great! Their crews always do a great job and leave little details like folding the toilet paper and the hand towels in a design.

We feel like they genuinely take care of our place. Andrea is so easy to work with, flexible and clearly focused on the details. We’d highly recommend them!

Hello world I'm sofie and I just had my first experience w the Art of Cleaning. I am now moving forward as a monthly customer yay~

Here is exactly how my first time went, and I highly recommend them:
1. An in depth on site consultation with the owner Andrea. She went over my areas of concerns in my home and customized my cleaning checklist for me to be given to the team. Andrea goes over pricing and the team will bill hrly first because they need to figure out how long your home takes to clean. After that Andrea gives you a set price for each service.

2. Andrea gives you a time block that the team will arrive at. As an example mine was 12-3pm. They do this because they are serving huge area of the city so there's a lot of factors to consider for driving, etc, so they give you a time window. The team arrived at my home (you get a text/call from them) with their own tools and very professional equipment. They were so nice and reconfirmed w/ me my areas of focus. This was great because it's the first time they are cleaning my home and it's the first time I'm learning what my cleaning needs are. I left them to it. But Andrea said that if need be you can stay in your home if you wanted to. I didn't want to be in the way so I left to work outside.

3. The cleaning was completed. It's easy to know when they are done because their snazzy branded car is no longer parked in front of your home.

4. Andrea the owner personally followed up with me and probed me for details on my reception of the cleaning.

5. I only noticed 3 small details out of place but this makes sense because this was the first time we are working together so I appreciate that Andrea made me feel safe to share my concerns and offered for the team to return the next day. I declined only because they were so small and it took me 10 seconds to just handle it. And they were details that were not on my initial list of concerns! So that means everything else was exactly how I needed it and I learned something about myself in the process. All my appliances are gleaming, i didn't know a bed could be made so nicely, they cleaned all my filters (AC, Hood, and dryer), and they cleaned the dust on the fan as well. I specifically want to call out that my dryer rubber lining and the door was even cleaned out. Dust and lint free. They even arranged my shoes nicely :(((( so touched.

6. You pay for the session after the work is completed. I paid a very convenient quickbooks invoice via credit card. But there is other options for electronic payment as well.

7. Andrea and I scheduled out the monthly cleanings from there. So responsive and so smooth.

And that's it~~ So easy.

Mentally I'm so relieved that my space is so clean. It is such a game changer.

You realize as you go on in life that there are somethings that you're not good at OR your time is spent more effectively doing other things. For me staying on top of my cleaning is a huge drain on my time and mental energy. Because of my upbringing I feel paralyzed and exhausted trying to make sure everything is perfect. Now that I will be doing monthly cleanings from The Art of Cleaning I can just worry about doing the best I can and leave the hard stuff to the professionals. I get so much time back every day and less mental strain because of this investment.

I highly recommend if you're trying to decide how to upgrade your life in a small (or big) way, hire them! Life changing, 5 stars~~

For once in my life I'm absolutely speechless!
I had phoned many companies for a very difficult cleaning job and was mostly referred to their website to "fill out a form".Andrea answered her phone and within a minute I knew we found our answer. She was so caring and compassionate and I felt like I was speaking to an old friend.
She went out of her way to pick up the keys and she and her crew did the most wonderful transformation.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from The Art of Cleaning! We own a small condo in St. Louis Park that we only stay in a few times throughout the year, and I had been considering setting up a cleaning service to come during these stays. We have been using the Art of Cleaning services every 4 weeks for over two years and they have been amazing! They are professional, on schedule, communicate if there are any changes and have provided consistent results. I appreciate the little touches like the way they fold blankets on the couch, arrange the pillows, fold the toilet paper, hang the towels and even make the tissue boxes look fancy. We have never had an issue with anything and I am always in awe of how they get certain things to be perfectly clean like the shower, stove and microwave. After they come, I always feel so pampered and relieved to have the cleaning taken off my plate. I give them my highest recommendation!
