We had windows cleaned, inside and out, while the crew was pleasant and professional, the work was terrible.
I sent pictures to the office manager and she agreed they needed to come back out, she mentioned the following day so we took the day off to be present at the 2-215pm arrival time per the confirmation email we received.
At 2:45, we called and were told we were on some list for return service and it would probably be the following week.
After talking another vacation day off for nothing, we told her to forget it, but the review would not be good. We I mentioned the confirmation email with date and time listed, she said she never sent it and it must be automated.
Not impressed with the work or the communication, what a letdown!

Great job, we've used them many times to clean our large house and town house windows. Very fast and professional. The only plus to this dry summer is my windows have stayed pristine!! The staff was very punctual and professional, did a great job on a very, very hot day. Will use again at the end of the fall and, of course, next spring!

Three guys showed up to clean my gutters on my 40 foot high roof. They used ladders and.... WALKED ON THE ROOF!!! and hosed off the gutters making them the cleanest they've been since the house was built. Really good crew there and I tipped each guy for the guts they exhibited. Can't recommend them enough!

Very professional team of guys! We had them power wash the house, clean windows inside and out. They went above and beyond in our Screened Porch. Lots of fun side conversations with the guys made for a personal touch. We were very pleased with the whole experience with Karin's Services!

The window washing was good. However, he left my hose laying uncoiled on the front of the house. I was injured, have a cast and can't walk on the lawn to wind the hose back up. I'll have to get my daughter to take care of it for me. Not a huge problem but just for information.

Working with Karin's Service was great. Had then clean outside windows and they did everything, including the second floor. Much easier then thinking I am going to get up on a tall ladder.

The crew did a good job washing the outside of my windows. I wasn't home so they sent me a message with good information about some glass issues they saw. I'm very happy with Karin's Services. We've used them before and will stay with them.
