Really great product and excellent service. Now when I get a new piece of furniture, I schedule Fiberseal to come the same day. In 3 months, they have saved my same chair twice...once from pizza sauce and secondly from red washable marker.

Very unhappy with the value and effectiveness of this service, and no offer to reimburse for the stains that occurred. If the product doesn't protect from pet stains, then why would you pay so much money to have this false sense of protection. Don't be fooled

This company is awesome. They treated a new rug for us to help protect it. They also helped with a couple spots where our dog was sick. They go above and beyond when it comes to service and support. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service - the work was great. The service reps that came to my house were very respectful and quick! However, was very upset and dissatisfied that they invoiced me more than they quoted me with no communication. When I reached out to correct the invoice - they were so rude to me telling me that my chairs were overly soiled and that it was my issue. A truly unbelievable situation that had me stunned. I will never use Fiber-Seal again after this experience or recommend.

So far so good! We had 2 large sectional sofas treated with fabric protectant. Service was very prompt (got to us within a few days before the grandkids arrived!) and friendly. Left us with a small do-it-yourself kit for emergencies and assurance that they would be out to help with any larger issues. We will have many children visiting this weekend so the first tests will be there! Our daughter appreciated the "green" nature of the products as her 1-year-old son climbed all over the cushions. :-) It was spendy in my book, but was highly recommended and I want to help preserve our sofa investment.

This is a great company that I have used for over 4 years. We have 7 children and I love white furniture. I have some of the furniture on their plan and anytime I get a spot they come over and get it out quickly. They have even taught me what to do for some home treatment, to save us both time. I have a party coming up and there are some marks on a couch, Yikes! I just called them and they are able to get me in this week to help me out. Fiber-Seal is a family run company and it really shows.

I am extremely impressed with the service performed by Fiberseal of Minnesota and the employees. Everything was quoted upfront and when the crew came in to clean and protect my rugs and furniture, they did everything with such care and quality. I will never invite any of these radio ad companies into my home again after using this service. Such a high quality team, product and professionalism all around from planning and making the appointment with Lisa to the crew on the day of the service. Lifetime partners for me!

We have 2 rugs under their plan. One of them had a couple pet stains that just wouldn’t come out. They took the rug back to their shop and got it out using a u/v light technique. No additional charge. I really felt they went above and beyond on that rug. They also cleaned our white upholstered dining room chairs that had gotten quite dirty after 8 years with 2 boys. They look brand new. I was truly shocked how clean they got them. The crew was very nice, respectful and responsive. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for.

I recently had one of their techs come out and treat a brand new white fabric couch that I had purchased from room and board clearance warehouse which some stains and dirt marks on it. Left if spotless and educated me on how to use their recommended cleaning products for any future spills or stains. I highly recommend them for your furniture needs.

Fiber Seal was recommended to me by my designer when i chose white fabric stools for our new construction kitchen island. I have two teens, a husband and 2 large hunting dogs. I had Fiber Seal treat the counter stools as well as 2 chairs in our family room. The personalized service is enough for me to leave a 5 star review. If I could leave 10 stars I would when they helped me get a coffee stain out that sat when the builder did a home tour here. Lisa and team are excellent at what they do. And the stain kit that comes with the service is wonderful to handle messes as they happen. I highly recommend Fiber Seal MN.

The cleaner was 30 minutes late to the appointment. The excuse from the manager was “She forgot to get gas the night before so she had to stop in the morning.” I returned 4 hours later and my apartment door was left wide open and no one was in the unit. The unit was not even half way cleaned. The cleaner returned 10 minutes later. I called the manager to explain the situation. His response later was that she never left the building, so apparently he accused me of lying about the situation. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

All around great customer service. We got a great cleaning at our condo, and a small billing mishap was handled timely and professionally. Would absolutely recommend this cleaning service!
