We just moved into a new home and called Millennium Heating & Cooling to check our furnace and A/C units. Victor came by the house and spent nearly 3 hours thoroughly checking everything. He clearly walked me through everything he was doing, and answered a million questions I had. I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

Sam and Jonathan recently installed a new HVAC in a challenging and limited space and were extremely hard working and efficient. They were also two of the most pleasant and responsive workers we have experienced in our living in our residence since we move to our new house. Sean has a very engaging personality and would be excellent in a public relations position as well.

We had another service company out at least 4 times the previous week with no results. We called Millennium Heating & Cooling and our problem was diagnosed in less than 30 minutes. Victor returned within 90 minutes with the part needed to fix our AC. I'm glad I used and will use them for all future HVAC issues.

Over the weekend we burned out a transformer on our furnace. A service visit was scheduled for Monday morning. Tech arrived on time and fixed the problem right before the weather turned real cold. Been doing business with Millennium Heating & Cooling for over a year. Real good company.

One of the most unprofessional, backyard companies that I have ever encountered. I called Millennium Heating & Cooling last Saturday for my townhouse furnace that was intermittently shutting off. They seemed to get good reviews and offered a reasonable weekend call out fee, so I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon for a technician to come out between 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. At 3:00 pm I called to confirm and they told me that I would be getting a call from the technician within the hour and that everything looks on schedule. No call - No show. At 6:00 pm I called again and they said that they would call the manager Brian and find out the technicians status. Still No Call - No Show. At 6:30 pm I called again and was told that the technician is running late but the manager Brian will call momentarily. Still No call - No Show. I called again at 7:00 pm and found out my calls have been blocked and the line would immediately drop. At 7:30 PM I called again from my wife's phone and was told again that they will have the manager call me and they will stay on the line until he does. At 7:45 the Technician, NOT the Manager Brian, finally called and asked to reschedule until the next morning. By this time the whole ordeal with Millennium Heating and the Manager Brian has turned comical. I immediately hung up and rescheduled an appointment with a reliable company called Dean's Heating and Air and they came out the next morning and fixed my issue fast and professional. It appears that Millennium Heating & Cooling is a small and unresponsive operation that I would never recommend. BEWARE.

I wanted someone to come out and check on my HVAC system because my nest thermostat wasn't operating. Before the tech even came out I was walked through how to get the A/C running again as a temporary fix! I dealt directly with Dan and he was very benevolent and polite. I promise to never use anyone else!!
