We recently had Gavin come out to install a new thermostat in our master bedroom after the old touchscreen stopped working. He explained that this type of malfunction is common with certain models and quickly set up the new thermostat, making sure everything was running perfectly. During his visit, he gave me helpful information about my two HVAC systems and shared tips on keeping them in good shape. I was really impressed with his professionalism, HVAC knowledge, and the careful way he worked. After seeing how thorough he was, I decided to enroll in a maintenance plan. Gavin returned for our scheduled maintenance and once again did an excellent job, patiently answering all my questions.
