I had O'Boys come out and look at my furnace that was not keeping up. Chad came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He educated me on the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the furnace. I was comfortable with replacing the furnace with it being 20 years old. I would recommend them for everything furnace related.

We were looking for a new furnace. Called O’Boys to get a quote for a new one. Chad came out and educated us on what type of/size we should have. Their pricing was lower than others and I felt comfortable with them. The furnace was put in the next day, very professional company.

Called O'Boys for an active leak in a hot water heater, further complicated by a seized valve, which meant I had to turn the water off to my whole house while I retained service. Chose O'Boys because of their great reviews, and did receive great and timely service. I was granted an appointment within 24 hours on a weekend, and the plumber himself (shoutout Dustin) was friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and helped me solve the problem while preventing the next. Plumbing services aren't cheap these days, but I feel prices were in alignment with other competitive services. Would happily contract this company again!

O’Boys were wonderful, prompt and affordable! We called right away when our basement carbon monoxide alarms went off and they were able to have someone come within the hour. They did a thorough inspection and walked us through every step, confirming that the heating element was cracked and our 40+ year old boiler had finally died. They used high-tech equipment to show photos of the carbon monoxide buildup and testing that proved we were very lucky our alarm went off when it did. The tech gave us helpful information and guidance - even helping us figure out how to turn our seldom-used gas fireplace on for temporary heat. We will absolutely be using O’Boys in the future for maintenance and repairs. Timely, reliable and local. The reasonable $79 appointment fee was more than worth it for our peace of mind.
