Had an appointment scheduled 8-11am person did not call until 10:20-10:30am to say they can’t make it during that time. Person then said they would come the next day at 8:00am sharp did not show up or call. Gave the person two hours hoping they would show up but no show occurred again. Called company they said they would have a manager call no manager called nothing happened. Gave about another hour or two to get the call from a manager no call. Had to call in AGAIN where a rep stated they did not see a phone call from today and no work order for a manager !!!! Put in a work order for a manager still no call!! We are brand new as of two days ago and terrible service so sad to do this to people

We have a very old air conditioning unit and despite that the technician was able to troubleshoot it thoroughly. He explained to me what he found and why it was not going to be repairable. I know just enough about this stuff to be dangerous and to also know he was right. He also conferred with a senior tech to confirm his diagnosis. It's not about how smart you are, it's about using wisdom and knowledge to get it right the first time. Fully recommended.

Talked with Chris Wednesday night for service cooler at business. Chris assured me he would come 9 to 11 am the next day. No show. I called again talked with a nice woman who made appointment for 1pm that day. 4pm no one showed. I called again talked with another guy. He said they would not be able to service till Monday. But I said I had two scheduled appointments. He just said sorry. No one called us back. So be careful if you need service from this company not honest. I would never call them again or recommend them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Got a brand new furnace installed in November. Stopped working mid January. It has now been 3 weeks and we have not been able to get a technician out to our house to take a look. We have called probably 30 times at this point and still no luck getting anyone out here. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. does our maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. The people that come to do the work are always pleasant and polished. They have always caught issues before they became a problem. What's really nice is they call you to schedule the maintenance calls so you don't have to remember!!

After going through many HVAC companies. I found Mattco Heating And Cooling Co. and chose to try them, to my surprise and joy they were the best. They have competent and knowledgeable technicians. They arrive on time. They are considerate of my home and give straight answers to questions. The office staff is a delight. They will work with you, schedule for your needs, and do so pleasantly.

I decided to purchase our ductless air conditioner system from Mattco Heating And Cooling company. On install day the installers showed up on time and installed our ductless system as described.The estimator followed up with me after the install to ensure all went well. I would have no problem recommending them.

Needed a new AC as mine went out so called Mattco. They talked me into a 129 “subscription” and said the tech would look at my broken AC while getting a quote. The tech was nice but would not look at recharging the AC since the type of Freon is so old. He ended up giving me an estimate but spent 0 time diagnosing or repairing.

Called for a refund on the “subscription” due to the fact I had no services done and only an estimate (which are typically free), and was told no.

The technician was able to install the A/C and furnace within 2 days of my initial inquiry. He did a great job and cleaned up the area after completion.

From our initial consultation the installation and everything was solid. Our new furnace and air conditioner were up and running in one day, and we are pleased with the way everything works/looks.
