Blake was able to come out the same day my very old furnace died for a service call. He took his time show me the problems as he found them and thoroughly explained why they needed to be corrected. He did a professional work and I am glad I went along with this company!

Overall experience was good. The staff at office was very knowledgeable and personable. I did feel slightly pressured to buy what I did not need. The techs arrived here the next day and did a very clean and professional installation, greatly impressed and wouldn't mind recommending them to anyone with heating or cooling need.

We had no heat with single digit temps outside. They promised to get a tech to fix it first thing in the morning 8-11. No call no show. At 11:30, I called and they said they had issues with their tech and that he couldn't get out to me in 5 more days. Things happen, but to string me along and never call? And then to not even try to squeeze me in? Completely unprofessional. Lots of other companies out there. Never coming back.

The technician was really cool and informative, he confirmed all suspicions regarding my AC and furnace during his inspection as well as pointed out that whoever built my building did so in a way that prevents the gas valve from closing, that was a fun fact. This company will LIE and ROB you blind. I had a tech come out, dude was about as inept as they come when it comes to HVAC's. He tested the capacitor, and that was it. I called them 10+ times between Thursday-Tuesday. Every day they said a technician will call you, never got a call. It took 5 days of me begging for a tech to come out before they eventually offered a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU BLIND. Want to talk to a manager? They don't offer that. Want to talk to anyone besides the dispatcher? Nope can't do that either.

I asked for a different technician. Nope, only 1 in my area, and they don't know the days he works somehow? I'm serious, do not use this company. I genuinely think their company is a complete scam and they just hope people give up.

Had 2 set appointments for service on an in wall a/c unit for our disabled daughter. Time was specified as another person had to be there. Wife drove 1 1/2 to be there. No show by tech with no phone call. Called office and was told tech called and was trying to get another tech. Wife never received a call. Very unprofessional. Canceled service with company and requested prepaid payment back. Received call from tech late afternoon to reschedule next day. Funny that call came through but not the first!!!
