I had a problem with my ac control this summer due to a restoration company not installing it correctly. I emailed Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning because it was after hours and they called my on my cell phone the next morning. They were able to come out that afternoon and immediately fixed the problem. Also, 3 weeks later we had more problems in the attic because the other company didn't install the piping right and the AC was leaking. They fixed that same day as well. Very impressed with them.

Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning were very efficient in installing my new furnace. They were in and out in 3 hours, and that was with cleaning the work area. They even came out, for a small price, a few days later to haul away some trash I had in the basement. This is the second furnace that they have installed in my home. Great company.

My AC stopped work late Friday evening and I called Jerry he said he'd be out the next morning! He came out and diagnosed the issue - it was a fuse in the central air unit - and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. So happy I chose TC Alien and not someone who likely would have tried to sell me a whole new unit. Nothing better than an honest contractor with speedy service.

Jerome is amazing. He worked on my AC unit because there was a cooling problem and the pipes would freeze over. He does great work at a great price. He is all about not overcharging and not doing unnecessary work when, many times it is a smaller fix the what other companies may be telling you. He gave me a good deal on a new AC unit and also installed some more returns uptairs! Being a first time home buyer He was very informative and knowledgeable and filled me in on a lot of things I did not know about owning a house as far as HVAC goes. Jerome came over for an AC tune-up and was great. He taught me some new things about my HVAC setup and was extremely nice and helpful, and not sales-y. Will definitely go to TC Alien first for future HVAC needs.

Our 15 year old AC unit died on Wednesday. We called Jerome and he came over that day to diagnose. On Friday we had a new AC unit at an extremely affordable price. He worked through the lousy weather to make sure it was installed professionally. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair. Quality and service are top notch. He even tuned up our furnace and replaced an old valve for us. Recommended to anyone with issues.
