My ac unit was broken and called them to install my new unit but I was getting charged for a price which just stopping by and haven't gone inspected my old unit. Wow...what a service for misunderstanding for service fee?

Great service. I have used them many times for my heat and A/C and referred them to many people with no complaints. They always show up at the time they say. They do great work, very affordable and great company. Thanks.

They were efficient and pleasant, answered the questions I had and went about their business. They were straight forward in the explanations of what they were doing and the reason for it along with what we might expect in the coming year's inspection. They were in and out of the house several times and always put the shoe protectors on before entering. They were professional and pleasant.

Scheduled an appointment, and they immediately started trying to sell me a new furnace for unrelated reasons. Eventually canceled my appointment, and it took 3 seperate calls and almost a month to get them to refund the service fee.

I called for service mid-morning and a really nice service tech was at my house before my scheduled time the same day. He had my furnace problem identified and fixed and within about 10 minutes I had heat! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service call. Spectacular service!!

Showed up less than 3 hours after I called. Fixed my A/C quickly. Only problem was...they charged me $525.00 to replace a capacitor. I wouldn't have complained if it was $400 or so. They told me on the phone it would be $300 to show up. I was okay with that. But then the repair man charged me another $225 for the capacitor. This was on top of the $300 diagnostic charge. Way overpriced for a 10 minute repair.

The technicians did a fantastic job tuning up our furnace ready for the winter season. They detected a few trouble spots that they fixed up immediately and explained some troubleshooting tips that will be very helpful for the future. We cannot hesitate to recommend them more.

Fred was excellent, very detail oriented and scrupulous. Will request him again went through all 3 units. He spent time clarify what he did and his suggestions in a simple, professional and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning!!

Dan from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning showed up right on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and repair it. He goes the whole nine yards by checking previous visit notes and making himself aware of past issues and possible problems. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning is awesome and will hire again and again.

Nobody ever wants to hear that they need to replace their A/C unit, but Empire Heating & Air Conditioning made the process less painful. The process was quick and efficient. Ernie was a pleasure to work with and my service tech Tommy was polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning came out and did a full clean out of our ducts and performed routine furnace maintenance. We were very impressed with the knowledge and honesty of the techs. Excellent service from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning! The staff who answered my call was courteous and was able to fit me in for the same day appointment. The technician came later that afternoon to repair my heating unit and got it up and running in 30 mins. He was very professional, timely and answered all of my questions. Top notch!!

Easy appointment set up and right on time. I had a whole home humidifier installed on my furnace and it was not the simplest location. The technician did an excellent job and got it installed despite this. Quality work, fair price, timely and professional. I'm very satisfied and will call in the future if the need arises.
