Danny came out to the house to do a routine service check on my air conditioning system as part of the of the Family Plan I subscribe to through Hardy Heating And Air Services. He did an extremely thorough job of explaining the functionality of the system and some of the required maintenance. The way in which he explained this did not leave me feeling as if I was being sold some unnecessary service. He lends credibility to his trade.

They recently replaced my hot water heater and were able to come the same day I called and charged a very fair price. Our heat pump defrost cycle seemed excessively long and loud. Tech monitored the cycle, checked sensors and found the outdoor fan motor bearings were starting to seize, slowing the fan and delaying defrost. Replaced the motor before it failed completely. Preventative catch.

Set up an appointment for a safety inspection for my hvac boilers. They sent the wrong technician out. "Rescheduled" or so i thought and called towards the end of the appointment window. Told me me i wasnt in the system and didnt have an appointment. Got another appointment window for later on that day and asked for a call back, twice. THEY NEVER CAME OR CALLED.

Samuel did a fabulous job with the installation of our new AC. He stayed late to get the job done right and communicated clearly regarding what was going on and the procedure for the unit that was being installed. I am very pleased with the whole process and I would recommend to anyone.

Thankful for the services provided by Uptown. My furnace was not working and with first snow in we were freezing. Andy came to our rescue and did see the issue and proposed the next steps and provided the estimate so we don't run into this again. To diagnose and provide estimate and to get the system running they did not charge. I will for sure get my stuff installed through them
