He answered my questions, showed me what he fixed, and explained why/what he was doing throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his services through Gordon's Heating and Cooling .

I had a heat pump that was short cycling and a technician from Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was called. I felt very comfortable With my technician because he listened to my issues and his feedback/assessment was honest, instead of up-selling anything/everything. I also appreciated that he took off his shoes in my house. Attention to detail is very important to me. They earned my trust.

I don't write many reviews, but not a positive experience at all with the gentleman I spoke to on the phone at Gordons Heating and Cooling. I called to get a quote for a general inspection of my furnace system before I sell my home. The first words out of the persons mouth were it will be $250 just to get a tech onsite and look at the system, then you will be quoted for any repairs, then we will tell you what the cost of inspection is. Really?? You don't have a price for the inspection required by the city. I immediately moved on to another company as this was turning into a money grab. I call Bloomington Heating and Air next and they could not have been nicer. They had a flat fee of $239 to inspect my furnace system. I would highly recommend to never use Gordons heating and Air based on my experience.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service is a fantastic business! The technician arrived on schedule, analyzed the problem, and fixed it all in under one hour. If the solution does not hold and the AC problem persists, the condition was excellent. The place was substantially cooler and more comfortable less than 5 minutes after he left. I'd give ten stars if I could!

Greg from Gordon's Heating and Cooling arrived just a couple hours after my initial call for assistance. Tech knew exactly what the issue was, and resolved it quickly and correctly. Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service to inspect our AC unit and power cord, Greg showed up immediately and performed a full inspection and informed us that the unit was low on refrigerant. He then provided us with options and pricing without trying to up sale us on anything. He was so professional in resolving the issues the unit had and now its running quieter and blows much more air than before. We are glad to have chose Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and highly recommend them to all looking for heating and cooling needs.

After getting my AC unit recently tuned up for the season, it did not work during an extremely hot weekend. I called the company on Monday morning and they sent me a repairman. He was professional and quickly found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience with Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service so far. I purchased both a furnace and A/C unit. After comparing other vendors and systems I believe I got a good deal on a good system. The installation was able to be scheduled quickly and it went smoothly. This included moving the A/C unit from one side of house to other. Both units have worked very well and very quietly.

Biggest part of the whole transaction is that I had another A/C firm come out and give me a quote as well. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service is fast, friendly and fair. We had an issue with our AC on a 100* day and called them that morning. They were there within 2 hrs and fixed the issue. Only charging me for an inspection even though they had to do some other work. So far they have replaced our 20+ yr old furnace for far less than others quoted as well as repaired our AC twice for a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

We agreed during the call that they would send a technician to our place the next day. Greg the technician came in as had been scheduled and did a very professional work. It took him very few minutes to figure out what the problem was and fixed the unit perfectly. I will highly recommend him and his company to my friends.

I had a problem with my furnace and had an independent contractor come out. He quoted me a ridiculous price so I decided to search other providers. I came across Gordon's and was impressed by the reviews I read. I called and chatted to a gentleman by the name of Danny. He was extremely patient with answering all my questions and at no stage did he try to push me to buy a new furnace which made me feel very comfortable. He told me about the rebates I would be entitled too should I purchase a new one and that the company would take care of all the paperwork. This was the turning point for me as no one prior to this had mentioned rebates and as my furnace was more than 10 years old, a replacement rathe than a fix made more sense in my opinion. Danny set up the installation for the next day and everything went smoothly. And true to his word 48 hours later all the paperwork for the rebate was completed and sent to me to verify and submit. What a pleasure to work with a company that values customer service. Will highly recommend this company and in the Summer will be contacting them to service the AC. My furnace quit running on a cold January day, it was 35 degrees inside, I had an emergency on my hands. Made an appointment for that day with Gorgon's, I was assured a tech. would show up between 3-6. by 6 no-one had arrived, and no-one had called. I called them, they said, "now they were to busy to come and asked, would I like to reschedule for Friday? When I pointed out that was 3 days from now and by then all my water pipes would freeze. I asked, why did you set up the appointment? why didn't you call me back as soon as you knew you could not make it so I would have had time to find someone else to do the job? silence and then, "I'm sorry" Are you kidding me!
