Pronto customer service was excellent, scheduled a home visit after hours when our furnace randomly stopped working. Chris was our technician and he was polite, through, explained everything and very transparent. Would recommend Pronto to anyone!

My thermostat went blank after a static electricity spark. I guess that's a thing. They were super polite and helpful when I called and then the appointment was 2 days later. Our furnace was still working so it wasn't an emergency. Jessie was really great and confirmed what I sort of already knew which was that I need to buy a new thermostat. He checked out the entire system to make sure that the damage was limited to the thermostat, so I felt that I got my money's worth for the service call. The solution is that I'll buy a replacement thermostat myself and install it - it should just pop onto the same wall mount, but if I have any trouble I'll call Pronto back and they'll install it. I learned a few new things about my HVAC system today, so that was an added bonus. I'm a happy customer.

We had our Aprilaire serviced by Joe Villavicencio. Joe was very knowledgeable about Aprilaire, he diagnosed our problem, checked out our furnace to be sure that was not the source of the issue nor implicated by Aprilaire malfunction. He fixed the problem and as important, he gave us a very understandable explanation for the leakage that we were experiencing. He also gave us instructions on replacing the filter which was helpful. Pronto was great very clear with their quote. Jack did an excellent job reviewing options but more importantly his experience to point out obvious problems from the previous furnace install that included a return supply duct that was too small for the old furnace. The install team was great and Joe did an excellent job set up our new furnace.

Peyton did an excellent job maintaining the furnace and he answered all questions I had knowledgeably. He was efficient and productive. He moves quickly! He also replaced the anode rod in the hot water heater that was installed 5 years ago, it definitely needed replacing. My experience with Pronto over the past 6 years is that they always arrive within the 2 hour window, the technicians are great and the cost is very reasonable. Thank you for the good work you do!

We have used Pronto for boiler tuneups and high velocity air conditioner tuneups. In addition, this summer they replaced our old air conditioning system that could no longer be repaired since the freon it used was no longer up to code. We needed them to come out with just a very short notice because we had out-of-town guests coming in shortly and didn’t want them to melt in the heat. They did and we now have a new unit that works well and was set up before our guests arrived. The workers are all very polite, informative, clean up after their work is done. I’d recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs.

The Pronto Service process is the best in the Twin Cities. Routine maintenance scheduling is fast and easy. Follow up on scheduled work is automated with "heads up" communication prior to on site work. Technician information is provided with estimated time of arrival (directly for Technician), a name and photo is provided of your technician and you are getting a trained and certified resource for your HVAC equipment. Our technician, Logan Feist was excellent, informative, professional, and customer focused. I hope we get him again for our spring check up service!

We chose pronto over a slightly less expensive option because of their reputation for high-quality service and exceptional workmanship. I’m pleased to say that they out paced even those high expectations. They were clean efficient effective, and the workmanship is exceptional.

Cost me $186. to get an estimate on repairing my garage heater. The technician was nice and explained that there were three components that might be causing the problem. He was’t exactly sure. Wanted $3500. to try the repair. Another company replaced and installed the same heater for the same price.

Our water heater needed to be replaced with below zero temperatures, on a holiday weekend. We contacted 10 different businesses looking for estimates and Pronto was the fastest response, most reasonable estimate, most experienced representatives to work with as well as the techs who visited for the work! They arrived on time, had the work done in two hours and were extremely professional and answered all the questions I had. I will return for future services and will recommend to family and friends!

Excellent Service from Travis at Pronto Heating!

Travis came out to fix our boiler and expertly diagnosed the issue right away. He arrived early and had the solution quickly. This was our second time using Pronto Heating, this time for a completely different issue, and they delivered great service once again.

Logan was the best! He was in and out and had our furnace fixed in less than 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable about our warranty and furnace model.

As you might expect, getting service was a challenge with the cold and our furnace going out over the weekend. However, he arrived bright and early on Monday morning, personable and ready to get us back up.

Chris showed up early (during -25 temp) to me and my family huddled around our fireplace at 48° in my home. He was quick to get us going with our heat and to send over the quotes for what we needed to get the claim started! Thank you Chris and Pronto for warming us up again during a nasty polar ice streak! Autumn

Pronto installed an air exchanger in our townhouse. The whole process, from estimate to installation, was less than a week. Everyone was great to deal with and they were professional and very responsive. The install was clean and, most importantly, the new system works great. It's so nice to bring in fresh outside air in the winter.

We had a new Bryant furnace, heat pump, humidifier and a Secure Aire purifier installed. The guys were friendly, professional and really cleaned up the look of what we had. They put the humidifier on the back making the room feel bigger.

Joseph arrived on time after an overnight snowstorm. He was an excellent commentator, removed to old system, installed the new and went over everything at the end.
His partner Derek was equally awesome, he set up the thermostat and worked on the setting up the Heat Pump. Derek went over & above and even shoveled the 6 inches of snow off my driveway!
