I am very happy with the service I obtain from Southside Heating & Air. If I need a tech onsite. The tech is alway courteous and provides me with the info needed to resolve the issue promptly.

Dima was extremely professional and respectful. Gave honest opinions and was very thorough without coming off heavy on the sales side. Would definitely recommend this team for future HVAC work.

We had Southside come out and give us a quote to replace our entire HVAC system and Mark was great to work with. He explained all the different tiers of Furnaces and AC units along with the benefits of each one. We had them install a new furnace, AC units, 4in hypo filter, humidifying system and thermostat. When they did the installation they laid down blankets over our floor so nothing was scratch and the finished product was beautifully done. Everything was properly sealed and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC systems.

I have been a customer of Southside for several years. They are very customer orientated, and provide excellent service. And I want to give special recognition to Todd, who is the technician who always comes to our house. He is always helpful, friendly, answers all of our questions, and knows his stuff! He is the best!

Southside H&AC was a great company to work with. Owner was responsive when I called on the weekend. Todd came to my house during the week and was very professional and timely in his work, describing the issues with my furnace. I would recommend them to others and would call them again if I need.

As Murphy's Law goes, our A/C unit went out on the early stretch of a hot, humid set of MN summer days. Looking at the Google Reviews, I was glad to see this was a local business I could support who was rated highly for fairness, quality and overall value.

I do like to DIY stuff from time to time, but no amount of YouTube tutorials would have come through for me like the expertise Todd our technician had. He was able to identify the issue quickly and explain the reasons for our issue. The fix was fast, thorough and professional (and no up-sells or pressure).

I hope others put confidence in the Google Reviews like I did and have a similar experience. Thanks Southside - I'll be sure to call again when needed!

Our older furnace failed, called Southside before they opened in the morning. They called me back right away and offered to have someone there within an hour of them opening for the day. They sent someone out and repaired the furnace for a fair price and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will continue to trust and recommend this business.

Could not have had a better experience with Southside! Our AC went out before the hottest day of the year and they were able to fix it in 20 minutes. Extremely professional and prompt. Todd specifically went above and beyond. Walked us through every step in the process and displayed incredible customer service skills. Will not be going anywhere else!

I will be loyal customer for life! Mark was very patient, responsive and helpful (to both me and my dad on our several emails/calls)! And Todd and Richard did an amazing job--they replaced broken gas pipe, repaired the ducts, did AC maintenance, and still made time to answer my questions patiently and were super kind to my dog, who is also now their fan as well! Donald Siefert helped me with the filter in my air conditioner. I had bought a new one a couple months ago and had finally tried to replace it by myself, I didn’t know if I put it in right so I gave Southdside a call and Donald picked up. He was very good at explaining and helping me. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever need service on my AC or Heeating!

They are very prompt when selling you their product, but after a year not so much. Don't return phone calls, they don't give you your refund on product. Needed to schedule a service call, never returned my calls.
I would not recommend them. Their knowledge is not very good as I have found out. Have now gone with a different HVAC company now and have been pleasantly pleased with their knowledge of my equipment, and easy to work with.

Extremely satisfied with Southside. After we were rescheduled/delayed/no-call-no-showed three times by the company that installed HVAC for my new build business, Southside came out to help within HOURS. Super professional, did a very thorough job, showed up exactly when they said they would and made sure my clients and staff are comfortable going into these colder months!

So, after shopping around for a new furnace & A/C, I went w/these guys @ Southside Htg & A/C. The personal customer attention was far better and they were very competitive as far as pricing. All the people I dealt w/at Southside, were friendly, & professional. They went above and beyond when it came to the many small details regarding our needs and concerns - I'm pretty sure, looking back, we might have been considered to be a bit difficult however, nobody from Southside showed any difference as they moved from one step/phase to the next and were patient from the 1st visit until the install project was complete - exactly as they said it would be and then helpied us fill out warranty documents & make sure the different rebate forms were completed properly and cane to the proper place etc. Approx. 2wks or so later, after all was set and done, they reached out 2 or 3 times checking in with us for any questions etc. and making sure we were completely satisfied with our new RUUD Furnace & A/C units. ---- That was 7/1995 - 1 month shy of 30 yrs ago! Since then, as the units both needed maintenance or more from time to time, there was no question who I would call - in every sense they have "EARNED" my business - and everytime, they arrived when they said they would, they provided the maintenance or completed the needed repair as they agreed to complete and thus far, everytime, the amount they said it was going to cost - is what they stuck to. You don't see this kind of service much these days. This brings me to today. I have no, had a thermostat issue - it's 30yrs old - and of course, I know a guy... and just as I remember, they didn't disappoint - as matter of fact, again, they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations, and well, as I stated, my stuff is 30yrs old and make no mistake, I know exactly where I will be going to update my furnace & A/C. Thanks again Southside Heating & A/C.

Southside Hearing & Air-conditioning doesn't disappoint. They are on time, professional, and efficient. The crew is very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Thwy always leave the site clean when they are finished.

Southside Heating is very timely, thorough and will answer any and all questions regarding your service and will be truthful in terms of WHAT you should do in terms of options, WHEN you should do it in terms of manageable timeframe and WHY you should it. Contrast that service to many others I've experienced who are just looking to upsale you or to make a buck. Will absolutely use them again and again and again.
