I used Standard Heating and Air to replace my furnace and air conditioner. They had very competitive prices, and I was pleased with the quality of the work they did. They were clean, and diligent with the install.

These guys are the best. Very happy with their service and will continue to call upon them any time I need service or system upgrades.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Southside Heating and Air Conditioning 10 years ago when we moved into our new home. Their service every six months has been easy to schedule and the service personnel are knowledgable and respectful. This firm is highly recommended.

I purchased my furnace and AC from Southside in 2006 and have been happy with the units. I have had a few glitches over the years where I've needed to call for service (usually in an arctic spell in the dead of winter) and I am so grateful that I can call on Mark to get me the help I have needed. The service reps that have come to my house have been respectful and friendly and have always gotten me heat again. I would highly recommend Southside Heating & Air Conditioning.

Truly appreciated my recent service call from Southside. Due to my limited knowledge of HVAC, I screwed up my system and needed help from a professional. Technician was polite and understanding of what I had done to cause the problem and quickly diagnosed the solution. Southside has replaced our furnace 2 years ago and air conditioner one year ago and Mark has provided acceptable costs and time schedules. Semi annual fall and spring inspections have been done for probably 10 years and have always provided assurances
and suggestions for maximum performance. Early this summer we had problems with our air conditioner losing its charge and after several visits found the problem and made necessary repairs on a very timely basis.

We recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at our home in Bloomington by Southside, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to educate us about the system and answer all of our questions, which really put us at ease.

What stood out most was the speed and quality of their service. The installation was done promptly, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was working well. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

I highly recommend Southside to anyone needing HVAC services—great people, great service, and great results!

The installation yechnicians were experts. They quickly replaced the humidifier and cleaned up the job site. Bright, articulate and knowledgeable.

The technicians that came and helped me with my furnace were awesome. One of them ran to get the part while the other one took out the old one. It was back up and running in about an hour and they were very friendly. Good job y'all!

Several years ago Southside Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner for me. They were great to work with. I just had a heating issue and called them. They were very patient with me and took time while I checked out the programming of my thermostat. They suggested other things to check such as my circuit breaker and my furnace switch. They did not push me to schedule a service call. Turned out my furnace switch was not on. (Don’t know how that happened). They were happy for me that the problem was solved.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have been meaning to write this review for many months but completely forgot to. Our A/C went out in July right before a heat wave was coming. I called every local company I could think of but nobody could come out quick enough and once they heard I had a main unit in the attic, they often refused.

I received a recommendation from another company to give Southside a call. Mark picked up right away and when I described the issue, he identified the likely issue correctly over the phone and said it was unlikely a tech would have to go into the attic to fix anyway. He told me if that fixed it to give them a call and they would cancel the visit and was as able to schedule someone to come out the next day.

Dima arrived bright and early the next day and within 20-30 minutes I had a new compressor covered by my warranty. Dima gave me great advice on annual AC maintenance as well.

I will absolutely be calling them for our next Heating and Cooling issues and can't thank Mark and Dima enough - sorry the review took so long to make!

Good experience with Southside. I initially spoke with Mark ( the manager) and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and didn't rush, and explained things thourthly. He sent Dima the technician out to my house, and he was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Appreciated the patience when I asked questions. Very nice company to talk to and work with!

Charles was very polite and worked hard to diagnose & fix the issue with our furnace and water heater. We were assured they are working properly and offered a few helpful suggestions. Appreciate the great service!

Travis and his fellow co-worker were very fast and efficient with finding the gas leak, and fixing the piping and cleaning up after the repair. Both men were kind and considerate of our needs. Excellent work. I recommend them to work on any of your plumbing needs.

Collin, Mitch, Matt, Darran were a great team. Collin a great leader. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The cost of the system was very painful. Pronto, needs to revisit the need for quite so many text message. While informative I wanted to throw my phone out the window.

Matt White did an excellent job servicing our boiler! He was on time, very thorough, and did not try to sell us unnecessary products like a different company we worked with last year. He educated us on what to look for and what type of maintenance schedule is appropriate for a boiler our age. We will definitely contact Pronto again for future needs!

Logan the Technician knew what he was doing and explained the issue clearly. He arrived promptly and was able to complete the fix same day. We had another company out for an estimate and Pronto's cost to fix was much more reasonable. I will go with them again.

Working with Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning was fantastic from the get-go. Easy to schedule, the service from Logan was great — friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything very well. We will be back!

Pronto technicians seem to be very well trained, polite and willing to answer any questions related to our furnace. We have the service plan and the only fee is for the filters. I'd say Pronto is a very reasonable value.
