From start to finish, the HVAC team displayed professionalism and skill. Within an hour, my new vents were perfectly installed.

System was installed expeditiously. One mistake was made but it was handled very fast. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and so is his staff. Very respectful people and they will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer. I would endorse them.

The technician is efficient, reliable and I received awesome service. He is cordial and patient when answering questions. His explanations are easy to understand.Price was very competitive. The work was completed to our satisfaction on time. I will use them to provide the annual service.

I have elderly living in my home and a child and my ductless mini splits are not cooling the home and everyone is extremely uncomfortable in the heat. I called to ask for someone to look at our units, and the lady who answered said that they can send someone out for an estimate but it will cost me $400. Just to get the estimate. Ludicrous.

I have used Reliance Air Conditioning & Heat Services and they never leave unless I am satisfied in their work.They are by no means the cheapest bid in town, but their tradesmen are knowledgeable and respectful. Spread the word these are your go to guys.

David arrived on time to diagnose a leaky water heater. He found the issue and fully explained the problem. The water heater had a cracked tank and needed to be replaced (It was 15 years old!).He went beyond the call to arrange for a replacement the next day - Thanksgiving. He had to contact a couple of managers at their home. They agreed to have it replaced the next day even though it was a holiday.

My tech was very helpful and honest about everything with our air conditioning unit. He may have also saved our house by catching a recalled surge protector. It's apparently very common for this product to blow and cause a house fire, and since our house siding is made of fir, that could have definitely happened. solving my plumbing issues. Logan solved all my problems quickly and efficiently. I would gladly give him a 15 star review if I could. !! I have been a Hurlburt customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed.

Jared did an excellent job on my Boiler. He cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked, bled radiator, and explained I needed a part to make the system work correctly. He gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. Very professional. Very Happy with their service.
