They did a nice job installing a new water heater. Both gentlemen were very professional and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after the job and came out same day for a job that was desperately needed.

This company is a great addition to the Twin Cities metro for an alternative to some of the bigger companies that charge an arm and a leg to just come and give you an estimate. Their pricing felt fair and have a good warranty on their work and the water heater.

Ryu Y was extremely thorough and polite. He came on a cold and rainy day and had to do the testing outside in terrible weather. He explained everything clearly regarding my air conditioner and I felt no pressure to fix what wasn't broken (as he explained). Highly recommend this company and this technician.

My water heater broke down so I called Hurlburt after normal business hours and they scheduled an appointment for the next day! After a review of my water heater it was determined I needed a new unit. Great options were provided and the next day Cody S came and installed it. Very prompt service and really quality work. Really happy with Stafford Home Services. I've used them for a few electrical projects over the years and always been pleased with their work! I recently used the to run electrical to a new range after a kitchen remodel. They showed up on time, were very pleasant, did great work and cleaned up the job site. Dave Simons was my tech and he was great! I would highly recommend them.

Communication prior to, during and after the work was very good. The technician was thorough, thoughtful and competent. He tidied up after the job was done and walked me through what had been done as well as giving some tips on work that was outside the reach of the contracted work.
Based on what I’ve seen so far I would recommend this company to others looking for similar work.

Nick (sales) is amazing to work with. Asks what your overall goals are and you shows you many ways to achieve those goals. He's an expert in electrification which is why we called them. Dan and the installers were great too. They walked through each step as they did it allowing me to ask questions along the way. Would recommend them to anyone. So happy we have a wall mounted high efficiency boiler now and are pipes are tucked away. Thanks Stafford!

I highly recommend Stafford Home Service. I’ve used them several times before, most notably an electric panel update last year. This week, Stafford electrician Matthew Rody replaced an overhead light and consulted on several other items. Stafford texted me when Matthew was on his way and also when he arrived, which I particularly appreciated. Matthew was punctual, courteous, answered all my questions, offered alternative suggestions, and did an excellent job replacing my light fixture. Friendly, professional, and efficient—thumbs up! I’d gladly use them again.

Moved into a 1960 home with the original electric panel. Had one outrageous quote with a different, large electric company so we reached out to Stafford. Kris came out and did a quote, was not pushy on upselling anything and came in much more reasonable than the other company. Easy to schedule work, and the two guys who came to do the install were fantastic! Very happy with the work installing our new, upgraded panel from Stafford. Will be using them again in the future for lighting work.

Morgan and Nicholas installed a new sub panel at our house today. They did a great job. We also appreciate that every circuit has a label ei. Living room, porch etc., rather than the old label that just said lights and outlets! We will continue to use Stafford because of the quality of their work. We trust this company.

We had a 25-year-old furnace that needed replacing (along with an old AC) and were interested in heat pump as an option to efficiently reduce our use of gas and to cool more efficiently, too. The salesperson, Nick, was very thoughtful, willing to answer dozens of questions about system options and to support our choices without being pushy. The install team was very polite and professional, and did a terrific job. They checked in regularly and worked efficiently. We would definitely work with Stafford again.

Absolutely the best. They always do excellent work and clearly explain to me what the issue is and what my options are. PLUS, when the city inspector came to see me after an electrical project, he told me Stafford is who HE uses for all the work at his house. Feels good to have that peace of mind that everything is quality and done right!
