We had an absolutely fantastic encounter with Hero Home Services today. Our heating unit went out in the middle of a freezing night and they were able to pop over to our small town the next day to look at it. They came and diagnosed what was wrong with it, and throughly explained our options. Our house is older and it sadly came to the point where we needed to replace our old furnace model. I wanted to give Denzel a huge shout out for his outstanding customer service snd his kind demeanor. He was honest (but very kind!) and provided us with resources for the next steps in the buying process. They offer payment plans for those who need it and the service we received deserved a good review. Thank you guys for helping us ♡

Nick Bender was great to work with when helping us learn about and select an air source heat pump. He is knowledgeable about these systems and provided detailed answers to all my questions about the options I considered. The team did a nice job installing and showing me how to operate the system

We had a wonderful experience with Hero Home Services. I cannot say enough positive things about them. We had a situation that required immediate attention, and they dropped everything to fit us in and get the Job done. The technicians were absolutely meticulous with my house. Everything was perfectly clean when they left. They had to come back and do some extra work after an Inspection, and they came back within the next 24 hours to get it done and it was done perfect. Everyone should use them! I am very, very satisfied. They are not cheap, but they do incredible work and the service is outstanding. Thanks HHS!

I wanted to share my feedback following a recent furnace issue on a very cold night. My furnace was blowing air but providing no heat, and your team truly came through.

The response was fast, the timing provided was realistic, and I was kept updated throughout the process. The technician was highly knowledgeable and professional; he fixed the issue during the first visit and provided a complimentary, detailed report.

He also explained the annual maintenance plan. The pricing is very reasonable, and I will be signing up for it.

Alex came and was very professional. Took care to keep our house clean, inspected what needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly. Laid out price options, and documented the work well. I was very impressed and happy with the work!

Corey installed a dimmable ceiling fan and an intricate kitchen lighting strip fixture. While I had a moment of sticker shock, Corey was professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and any problems he encountered. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.

We have been using Stafford Home Service for our electrical services for over 10 years, and highly recommend them! They have helped us with several small and large scale projects over the years and have always done an awesome job. From installing new outlets or light fixtures to re-wiring an entire floor of our house, we have always been happy with every project we hired Stafford to do.

Our latest project included replacing all the outdated electrical wiring of our third floor attic space in a historic home, installing the electrical components of a new central AC system, and adding an additional electrical panel in our basement to allow for more breaker slots. They came in with a very affordable bid given the scope of the project, and did an amazing job!

After we discovered a large number of unexpected "surprises" when our drywall contractor opened up all the walls (including a junction box with knob and tube wiring running to different floors of the house), Stafford worked with us to find cost effective solutions that allowed us to keep the project on track without charging us a ridiculous amount. We trusted Stafford to work with us on this project because we knew they would not take advantage of us when we ran into unexpected challenges rewiring a historic house.

I was extremely fortunate to have Nick Bender help me realize my heat pump dream.

Nick seems to share my enthusiasm for heat pumps and is incredibly knowledgeable about them. We had a genuine conversation in which he was able to go over all my options with me and address all questions I had ranging in topics from efficiency, cost, rebates, comfort, etc. When deciding what was best for me, he kept my best interests in mind, which made the experience trustworthy.

Nick also offered a wealth of other excellent resources, namely including information on how to apply for the lowered Electric Space Heating Rate.

Additionally, Bridget and Beccah were very helpful and communicative in scheduling an installation date, giving updates, and providing a ton of follow-up information including information on how to apply for the City of Minneapolis Bonus Rebate.

A whole crew came to my house to guarantee a quality installation. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and I think he was the lead installer. Kyle and the rest of the crew were very professional, polite, and considerate of my home. After the installation, Kyle answered all of my questions and went over system fundamentals, maintenance, etc. with me.

All of which was done at a great price for an incredible system. Highly recommend.

I was told by a reliable person to go with this company. I was looking at adding outdoor lighting for some time. Kris the owner gave me a bid. Liked him from the very start. Stafford is known to do excellent work using the best and most updated equipment in the marketplace. Kris gave me a bid I couldn't refuse. At 8am tech Anthony and his apprentice Bethel arrived on scene. They went right to it without missing a beat. These guys knew what they were doing. By 12.30 they were done. 8 lights, dimmer switch, and a remote control all installed to perfection. I can't wait to turn on these lights every night. This new look is awesome. Thank you everybody including contact person Bridget who set this work order up. I'm greatful to you all.

Our AC is cooling perfectly now thanks to Minneapolis Heating & Air Conditioning. The technician worked efficiently. Very satisfied with the work.

The technician restored our thermostat within 45 minutes, and now our system runs smoothly without any glitches.

Scheduled AC repairs for 5/13/22 between 8 and 11am. Received a confirmation email the night before. At 11 am no one had showed. Called the company and they informed me that someone would be there by 2:00. 2:00 came and went and no one showed up. Call the company again and they said someone would be at the house by 5:00. At 5:00 someone from the company called and asked to finish setting up our account and said they would be there by 6:00. 6:00 came and no one showed up. Called again and they informed me that no one would be coming. With so many great reviews I was very surprised with my experience. Now I'm questioning if those reviews are real. I've continued to follow up with the company but gotten no where. Very frustrated.

The crew from sales to installation was very professional and had great attention to detail. They made me feel comfortable about what they were doing and fixed it all up. We will definitely trust this company for any work we may need! Kudos!

I'm in commercial real estate and know how much A/C repairs should cost, so it is absolutely infuriating when I get residential service and bills come back well above the true cost! Not with Unity Heating & Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to many friends.

Called Unity Heating & Air Conditioning and within a couple hours had a tech out to the home I am currently renting, technician took his time to inform me on what’s going on with the furnace and fixed it right away.
