I have used Stafford Home Service for years now. Great service and people I trust. I once had a furnace needing repair and they pointed out there was recall on the heat exchanger for that unit - got the part for free and affordable labor only install.

Basey is a phenominal electrician. He did an incredible job of updating my circuit breaker and replacing several lights in my basement. He even hauled away the old, overhead fuorescenct lights for me. What a difference! Thank you so much!

Alex was excellent. He diagnosed my furnace problem, clearlyexplained the problem(s) and then did an estimate. He listened to my questions then reviewed my best and worst case scenarios based on my repair options. And let me decide what to do. I wish more tradesmen were so good .

We utilized two of the specials (bathroom fan install and the whole house humidifier) and both turned out great. First and foremost, we liked the fact that it was all-inclusive and preset pricing. That way there are no surprises or "scams" and you know what to budget and plan for. Which is important when you're dealing with an old house (built in 1920) that seems to always be full of surprises whenever you start cutting into it and opening things up. Matthew did a great job of rolling with the punches that all of these surprises brought. He was a friendly, skilled, and just genuinely enjoyable guy to be around all day and he did an awesome job of walking me through the process and making sure that we got everything just the way we want it. It was a lot of solo work and long day for him, but he handled it like a pro (and I know how those long days working on the same project can get to a person). It is such a relief to be heading into this winter with a bathroom fan that works well and looks good. Zong also did a great job. The humidifier was, of course, a lot less labor intensive, but he was also very friendly, courteous, and made sure to walk me through everything and give me all of my options. Its a been a hot autumn, so we haven't had to use it yet, but I'm looking forward to not getting incessantly shocked this winter and possibly even making our wood floors less squeaky. Altogether it was an excellent experience. You pay for what you get, and that's experienced and pleasant workers that will get the job done right without cutting corners while preserving the integrity of your house and adapting to your space's unique needs. I now get why Stafford is such a trusted name. Definitely recommend them for these specific jobs, and probably any other work you need done.

Another great experience with the Hero team. Denzel expertly navigated the tricky driveway and then proficiently addressed the furnace issue, all the while communicating clearly what he found and what the options were. Top shelf talent.

Jack was very professional and did fantastic work. He made sure all my questions were answered. My Happy Homeowner service works great. I can keep up with maintenance at minimal costs.

sawyer was very nice, but the job was over what he could provide. He called someone with more experience, but that person did not show when I was told he would. I then hired the next company that could make it in a timely manner ( not Sawyers fault at all. I appreciated his honesty.)

The Stafford team did an outstanding job installing my new NTI combi boiler/hot water unit. They were able and willing to meet all of my requests regarding placement of the unit and new water lines. Once the job was finished they left the property cleaner than expected. Clear communication throughout the process. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Stafford Home Service always provides excellent service. Dusty, their HVAC tech, keeps our furnace and AC in perfect running order year after year. He is very thorough and explains in detail the results of all the various tests he performs, in addition to being a nice guy to talk to. Stafford also did extensive electrical work for us in the past with outstanding results.

We've used Stafford for electrical services over the past couple of years on a variety of projects ranging from installing a sub-panel to adding an exterior outlet. They provide easy-to-understand estimates, arrive within the scheduled window and provide excellent, professional service. Stafford also communicates extremely well with reminder calls/texts as well as the expected arrival time at your location. Their pricing is very reasonable. You'll be extremely satisfied if you use Stafford.

Mike, Hero Home Services, was both professional and personable. Right from our initial contact, I felt confident that he was going to do a great job for us. He was prompt, arriving right on time. He kept us informed of his progress and gave us a full verbal report of his progress and findings concerning our HVAC system. He replaced a small gasket on the condensate drain which fixed a niggling leak issue. All and all, I can’t imagine how it could have been better.

Extremely friendly and courteous! Did a great job of walking me through all of the steps and explaining what service my system needed, Answered questions that I had and did a great job on the things I chose to get work on! Plenty of before and after photos which I really appreciated as well!

They did great work with my furnace tune up (thanks, Dusty!) for a few years. Unfortunately, this year they cancelled on me twice and I never rescheduled a third time. Please stop with the spam from Hero, I don’t appreciate that I am now receiving emails and texts. I’ll probably be finding another company to do the work this fall as I’ve lost trust in this company.

Dave and Sam were great to deal with and really appreciated how they explained things. I didn't feel talked down to and felt better off after they left . Sam did most of the work on this job and thought he did a really thorough job. They also cared about cleaning up afterwards. Thanks again!
