If I could give ZERO stars, I would. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal communication from this franchise.

I want to be clear that I TRIED to use this company to repair my daughter’s furnace when it was -15 outside. They gave me a window of 4 hours (8pm - 12 am). At 11:30 pm, I called and was told that they were contacting the tech. By 12:30 am - there was NO tech and NO communication from the company. I called back and was again told that they were contacting the tech. By 1:30 am - still NO tech and NO communication from the company. I tried to call them again at 2:30. No answer. 3:30 - No answer. 4:30 - No answer. 5:30 - No answer. 6:30 - they finally answered and said that they would be out between 10:00 and 1:00. I called again at about 9:30 for an update and was told the appointment was cancelled.

I understand that there are staffing shortages, and I understand that there are emergencies. My issue is with the complete lack of communication. If I had been informed about the emergency the night before, I could have contacted another company.

I am deeply disappointed with how this franchise handled this situation.

I can’t say enough good things about Weston Heating and Cooling. They are super knowledgeable, professional and most importantly they work with you, offering solutions that work for your budget. I have got a HVAC company for life!

I was very pleased with the recent maintenance visit by Weston Heating and Cooling. They did an exceptional job! First they asked if I had any questions or concerns and they meticulously answered my questions. Wesley made sure everything was functioning well. He also fixed the noise from the outside unit by removing a loose screw. To them a deal is a deal!

I called Weston Heating and Cooling after having called multiple other places. I wish I had called them from the get go. I was greeted by a pleasant lady, she answered all my questions and scheduled me for same day service. The service man was very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them more stars if I could. I would recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

The installation of a new ac and gas furnace by Weston Heating and Cooling service was done by a very professional crew. the job passed all inspections by the state and county, the crew left a clean jobsite and were easy to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends.

They charge $75 for an estimate. It might not be industry standard, but I appreciate this as a business owner and professional because it indicates they value their time. I value mine. Scheduled to show up between 1-4. We need a furnace replaced, have kids, and it’s getting cold so I clear things to make sure I am here for the appointment. No call. No show. Incredibly unprofessional. There are a lot of other companies to choose from. Avoid this one.

We had them come out for a minor repair. They charged us $855. I asked for an itemized receipt. It showed that they charged us $600 for the part. I went online and found an identical piece for $11. When I called the technician manager apologized and told me we would be completely refunded for the mistake within two business days. Over two weeks later, and we still don't have our money back. When I call the Lino Lakes number it gets forwarded to a nationwide secretary who claims they can only send a message to the original tech manager. However, I already have his number and he is now refusing to even answer my calls after promising multiple times last week that the money was processing. If you care about honesty and customer service don't choose a Weston branch at all!

We just had our A/C installed and we couldn’t be happier with the service and price. We had multiple estimates but Weston Heating and Cooling was the most prompt to get back to me and Alex was very thorough in explaining the cost. The technicians were our installers and they did an excellent job including clean up. We will definitely call them again in the future!

After being in a non-air conditioned house for several months, we decided to get some bids for AC installation. Weston Heating and Cooling came out the next day to give us a quote, and walked us through each option available, the discounts, and the installation process. We made a choice and our AC was installed in less than three days at a very reasonable price. We were impressed with the service and will be in contact with them for future maintenance.

Alex came on very short notice, same day with in 3hrs and would text his ETA which was very punctual! He was fast and efficient in finding and clearing our clogged AC drain line! He also discussed preventive maintenance and what else we could for our system. Not only was he reasonable but he emailed me my invoice within minutes of me paying by check. Alex is a professional and I would recommend him to anyone!

These guys are awesome!! You will be very happy! I had 4 bids lined up for a new furnace and AC and Weston Heating and Cooling was the third company in. While talking with the technician I called off the fourth bid! The technician is extremely knowledgeable and amazing! He will patiently answer all of your questions and quote you a fair price. The install Team was over the top awesome as well! They were very thorough and professional and did top quality work! Thank you.

Don't have an experience to share because they never showed up. I received a call saying they would be here in 30 mins and after an hour I called them and the response I got was she would put a call in to the supervisor and call me back well let's just say I haven't heard from anyone

There was no receipt, invoice, or official write-up. The tech asked for $150 after admitting he didn't know how to fix our air flow issues. This felt like a scam. He was a nice guy but did not present himself professionally. There was no identification of any kind shared upon meeting and I had to lend him my flashlight.

Fast, responsive, and very accommodating. I had an old AC system giving us problems. I was able to get an appointment for a replacement the next day. Rachael was very helpful and able to get me all information needed to make an informed decision. Jeff the technician was on time and very helpful/knowledgeable. Will return if I have any other issues they can help with. Excellent experience.
