My AC went out, I called at 9 pm and left a message. Got a return call in a few minutes! They didn't have an opening for the next day but said they would call if they had a cancellation. They ended up being able to come out late the next morning. Dave was the service tech. He was friendly, did a great job, and was very courteous. He represented his company well and I definitely recommend Robbins Commercial HVAC.

We discovered our heater was not working a few days ago. We contacted Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. and they got a technician to come out promptly. Dave was very professional and personable. He explained the issue and laid out our options clearly. He fixed the issue and now our system is working as it should be. Thank you for the awesome service!

Jayden serviced our furnace, and the furnace worked fine for a few days. Unfortunately, it stopped working and we had to call him again. He arrived early for the second appointment and got right to it; he had to make multiple trips to the supply store to get the right fix, as he appropriately started by replacing the least expensive option first. We will absolutely call Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc. again if there are any future issues!!

We had Nick Rosendahl as our technician. Simple fix. Wrong size filter. He was very friendly and respectful to this senior citizen. Explained to me why I needed the filter that I need. Did a check on the rest of the furnace. Reset our thermostat too. Thank you Blue Ox.

Jared is an outstanding Service Technician.  He has very strong communication/customer service skills.  We had just purchased our home and wanted to have the heating system inspected prior to the start of winter (which he remarked upon arrival). This told me Jared showed up knowing his customer and was further demonstrated by spending the first thirty minutes answering my questions about the various pieces of equipment in the mechanical room.  Once the work was completed, he explained what he did and what he found; showing me pictures of what he was talking about.  He also took the time to explain how to operate our in-floor heating.  He is very knowledgeable. Overall 5+ experience.

My furnace stopped pumping out heat on a 0 degree day. I called Blue Ox just before 8a & had someone out here around noon for a flame sensor replacement. Isaac Xiong did a great job, was very professional, & I'd go with Blue Ox again. The price seems high, but everything in the metro is, & when you have no heat, you gotta do what you gotta do. From start to finish this was a great experience! We had an older furnace 29 years old and went through all the processes of trying to fix it ourselves and finally had to surrender it. We contacted blue ox due to a referral from a friend and from there, it’s been a perfect experience and they took all the stress off of us. The financing was great. We got a furnace and central air unit. They filed the rebate for us and they give you the tax Refund information. They explain everything in great detail. They are super friendly and courteous, and honestly, they gave us a ton of options so the ball was really literally in our court to choose what we wanted and they gave us the best options to choose from according to our needs. The installation went smooth. They were very nice, explained. Everything, answered all questions and even played with my dogs for a little bit. I am very satisfied so far and parts and replacement or warranty for 10 years! I have no complaints and strongly recommend blue ox for all your heating and air-conditioning needs.

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Our experience with Blue Ox was phenomenal. Andrew came out and gave us options that made sense for our house and budget. He was really knowledgeable and did not make us feel like he was trying to sell us. Setting up install was easy and Cameron and Mack arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked into the evening to make sure our equipment was properly installed and set up, and made sure we knew how to use it. We would highly recommend Blue Ox!

I’m happy I chose Blue Ox when my furnace was malfunctioning. I had an appointment with a competitor which had me waiting 8+ hours in the cold before they cancelled on me! Blue Ox had a wonderful tech (Issac) at my door within an hour and a half of my call. Now that is service!

Our heat went out at 5:30pm and the tech was at our home within two hours. He did a comprehensive exam and use his camera to show me exactly what he saw inside of our furnace and told us what caused it and what needed to be done. We are very happy with the service we received and we will be using them to purchase a new furnace.

The furnace stopped working yesterday and I was anxious about how long it would take someone to come and take a look at it with the really cold days coming later this week but Blue Ox was able to send someone out today, which I’m really thankful for! The tech was polite and professional and identified the problem really quickly! He made sure everything was working as it should be. My house is nice and warm now!

Blue Ox may not have been the original HVAC company that installed my furnace two years ago, but they definitely came to my rescue. I lost heat in one of the coldest weeks of winter. Their Customer service staff was prompt in answering my call, sympathetic to my problem and a technician was at the house within a few hours to fix a problem that others weren’t able to schedule for days. My technician, Jarod was courteous, gave me options and listened to the string of problems I had been experiencing. Heat was back on within a few hours!
