Excellent Service from Steve at J&R Heating & Cooling!We called when our unit failed and they scheduled a repair for the next day.He called ahead to let us know he was arriving 10 minutes early, stayed until the job was completely done, answered all my questions, and left me completely satisfied.Was on time and very efficient. I'm very pleased - would highly recommend this company.

J&R Heating & Cooling provided quick, professional service. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. They were able to fix my unit faster as well as cheaper than another competitor. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

This is a sham company, not a real HVAC contractor. Reviews appear to be all fake. We made the mistake of calling them. Their technicians looked at our furnace/ac unit for 10 minutes, announced it unrepairable and instantly produced a $10K quote to completely replace. No attempt was made to actually work on the unit. I had another company come out, who spent an hour and fixed it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent service. James and Michael are very friendly, punctual and professional. Our furnace was replaced on the next day after an estimation we got. I can confirm that they are the most responsive company I've contacted. And I am super confident that they would be meticulous to make sure we would be happy with our install. They are top of my list so far. Five stars!

Called after out A/C took a long time to come on 2 days during the week. Very nice office staff when I called to schedule someone to come out. J&R Heating & Cooling technician came out and was very informative and checked all of the spots that he thought could be creating an issue. He fixed it promptly and gave me instructions on how to check things in the future and filter suggestions. Great company to work with!

I really like how J&R Heating & Cooling does business. You are informed every step of getting a repair person to your door. Safety of a technician picture is emailed in advance. Our technician was perfect. He was very mannerly, informative and had the work completed without any hassle. Very impressed!I will always call this company in the future.

This business does not exist at this address. When you call the number the person that answers has no idea what is going on.

Tried to hire them to come fix my hvac in my office downtown. Talked me into their yearly service plan.. Scheduled an appointment, they never showed up.. Tried to schedule 4 more times and each time they gave me the runnaround and never showed up or called me back.

James and his colleague were timely with their installation and recommended an appropriate unit for our home. James came back to look at an issue with our gas fireplace potentially related to the install without hesitation. Would recommend.

Jayden was honest about what we required in a new AC unit and didn't push us onto a more expensive unit that would give us more than what was needed to do the job. He and colleagues arrived right on schedule, were friendly but highly professional. Superb!!

Called Robbins Commercial HVAC, Inc regarding an ac issue. They were fast and polite and sent out Dave as my technician. He was a great guy and although he gave me some bad news he took the time to show me what was wrong so I knew he was telling the truth and not yanking my chain.
