I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received from DC Mechanical! I needed a replacement on my furnace, and the response, turn around time to schedule and actually getting the whole unit replaced was quick and straightforward! Dustin explained the issue with the old furnace and why a replacement was needed, and gave me options as well, helping me decide what would be best for me in terms of budget and efficiency. You will be in great ah da for any HVAC need you have!

Dustin has done three projects for us now and he will always be my first call. He is so pleasant to communicate with, and we really trust his work. His prices are fair and he really cares about what he does and his clients, could not recommend more.

Great overall experience with DC Mechanical. After contacting Dustin about our dated AC that needed more R-22 refrigerant, he came by the next day to inspect the entire HVAC system and review our options of either refilling or upgrading to a more efficient system. We went with the system upgrade that included a HE furnace, ultra-quiet AC, zoning to control the temperature difference in the basement, and wifi thermostat that also controls the humidifier. Very knowledgeable, fair prices, and high quality of work. I would highly recommend DC Mechanical!

My AC unit finally went out after 25 year of abuse. Dustin was very responsive and knowledgeable. After looking at my house and asking some questions he ran me through some options. We picked the best solution for me and he had pricing to me a few hours later. They were able to get me back up and running that same week. It’s hard to find companies that take the time to understand your situation and provide you with the best products they see fit. Highly recommend! I’m sorry to report that Dustin scammed us. He asked that we send him a $500 Zelle down payment prior to serviced rendered, which we found odd - but we had worked with him before, so we sent over the payment. After several attempts to connect and a schedule work he has gone radio silent and there is no recourse for us to recoup our money. I’m not one to post negative reviews, but I don’t want others to lose money like we did.

Dustin did a great job with a recent HVAC repair that I needed done. Communication was top tier, work was done on time and done well. If you want quality work done at a honest price I would highly recommend DC Mechanical.
