Mark showed up on a short notice the day after Christmas.He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to make the repair. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. I had originally gone with another company but the price they quoted me was outrageous. Ray's was able to do the same repair but almost $400 cheaper.

These guys are potentially scammers, they couldn't fix my problem then proceeded to ghost me for 2 weeks because they didn't want to deal with it. Very little knowledge, and very unprofessional. Not to mention they were 4 hours outside of their time window without any communication. Do not use them.

I was told on a Monday that I was booked for an appointment between 11:30 and 2:30. I never got a call so I followed up at 3:30, they said they were coming still. 4:30 comes around still no call and I followed up and they claimed they were still coming and I would hear from the tech shortly. They never came.

Followed up the next morning and no call back. Don't waste your time.

This company is excellent. I hired them to install a new AC Unit. Everyone who works for this company is professional, polite and hardworking. They arrived on time, worked non-stop, and left no mess behind them. I am very impressed with their service.

I called to make an appointment and they were very polite and were able to work with me on timetable. Their tech Ken came out and was very thorough and took the time to check everything. He then spent the time to explain issues and options. Great customer service. Would not delay to use them again in the future.

The tech from Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning was super great. He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He was of great assistance and highly skilled. He was very competent and answered all my questions. Thumbs up!!

I love this company! They installed this unit a few years ago; they come out every 6 months to check and maintain it. Super professional and highly reliable: in specific, Dan is my go to guy! He is very good at what he does and always brings in a high work ethic. I will use them again and highly recommend!

All in all, we couldn't be happier with the furnace and Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning's service. I experienced incredibly knowledgeable and personable technicians that work for the company. They are timely and do great work for a competitive price! I would highly recommend.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I called on a Wednesday morning and spoke to someone who sounded very professional (they have a third party service in charge of their scheduling). They wanted me to pay upfront while scheduling the service. I was a little taken back by that but proceeded as we desperately needed someone to fix our AC. They said someone would be out either that night or the next morning. They called me Wednesday evening and said nobody can make it tonight and that someone would come between the hours of 4-8 pm on Thursday. Well, as you can guess, nobody showed up. I called them that evening and they said someone will call me back. Nobody called. I called Friday morning only to get the run-around, again.

I finally spoke to a manager (of the answering service) Friday night and he promised someone would be there on Sunday between 10am-2pm. Of course nobody came or bothered to call me. When I called them that afternoon they said, “oh wait, we won’t be able to get anyone out there until two weeks from now. Would you like to schedule that?” That’s when I became very upset. I finally said enough is enough and requested my money back. I also told them to have their manager call me immediately on Monday and of course, nobody followed up. What a complete WASTE OF TIME!!!

I never actually got to see or speak with anyone from Ray’s Heating and Air. Only spoke with the third party answering service that seems very disconnected from Ray’s here in Victoria. I cannot attest to the work of Ray’s as nobody EVER made it to my home. Horrible experience.

We have used them for over a year and they are always friendly and professional. They just installed a complete HVAC system last week and did such an outstanding job. They had to do some repairs/replacements in areas and made them so much better than the originals. I would highly recommend Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs!

I called on a Sunday at 8am and got an appointment. Ken called and arrived an hour a head of schedule. He tested everything but the issue I had didn't occur while he was there but he went through all the possibilities of what could have been and made sure the pump and everything was running OK. Will definitely use Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning for my AC needs in the future.

I booked an AC and Furnace maintenance appointment based on a new home inspection report with Ray's and did not have a great experience. I called and explained what I needed and they scheduled the appointment with a set price but when they called to say they were coming they said they were coming to clean my ducts, which is not what I asked for. So they then had to cancel the appointment and reschedule. When the correct service person arrived I had to explain to him multiple times what I was looking for as well as show and read him the inspection report which was the reason for the call. He was not personable nor was he wearing a mask and he did not perform any maintenance but then proceeded to try and charge me double. We called his manager on the spot and while they agreed to go back to the original price despite no action being taken at all the manager tried to get me to pay the service person cash or check without a receipt and without being told in advance
I had to do that. When I asked if they could at least clean out the outside AC unit since I paid for a service that I did not receive he simply replied with yes you will want to do that. It honestly felt like a scam and would not recommend them as the service was not professional, consistent, correct, or even performed for that matter.

They diagnosed the issue, and told me the part was back ordered 4-6 weeks out and was trying to make me feel like it was hopeless and to buy a whole new $7500 furnace and could get it replaced tomorrow. Got a second opinion and called Abel Heating and Cooling, and not only was the part in stock, but they got it replaced in 15 minutes. Nice try guys

I’m surprised there are so many positive reviews. We had the same experience as the other 1 star reviews. Our furnace keeps shutting off and we couldn’t figure out why. We called and scheduled an appointment and someone came out within the week… however they arrived 2 hours late well into the evening. We are pretty gracious and realize people run behind but if we wouldn’t have called the company twice, nobody would have showed up.
The man was there for several hours and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. He eventually left and said “I need to call the manufactures and I’ll call you”. Haven’t heard a thing in over a week despite the *multiple* phone calls we have placed. What a waste of time and money. I rarely (this might actually be my first one?) make reviews but this experience was rather frustrating. Thankfully, the weather has been okay.

Ray’s Heating & Air Conditioning had also installed our furnace when we moved here in 1997. As things got cooler here this fall we tried to turn on the furnace and it didn't work. We called them this morning. They had someone here before noon who diagnosed the problem. He needed a part, but came back in the early afternoon and finished the job. We expected to pay so to get it done the say day without charge was wonderful. These folks are the best.
