Jeff was a star. He came to the door and introduced himself, explained the day’s service and the pet warning. He was polite, well spoken and communicated well. Work was done efficiently as well.

Mike from Rainbow lawn care did a great job today. Most importantly his communication has been great. Always letting me know when he is arriving and with follow up instructions after he’s done.

John did a good job. Let us know he had arrived. And confirmed the extent of the assignment.

Dan did a very thorough job. He plugged our lawn and put down our fall lawn fertilizer. I will definitely continue using Rainbow Lawn Care if all of their employees are like Dan.

Both men were working when I arrived back home from the drug store and had a lot of the work already done. I stopped to ask them some questions about the next days ahead and they gave me the information I needed plus some written info. Both were very pleasant and had all the answers I needed. I felt good about the work done and I even like how it looks right now. Very helpful and easy to engage with. I'm looking forward to the end results and would refer Rainbow to others. Thanks.

Dillon greeted me, and was very friendly and professional. He even moved my hose even though I should have done it. Finally, he was very receptive to making slight adjustments to the previous application.

Jeff took the time to talk to me about my lawn and any of my concerns before doingvanything. When he was done, he reviewed what he saw as he was going around and what he recommended for future treatments. His time was much appreciated.

John was on the job when I arrived. He introduced himself even though we had talked during his courtesy call earlier. We covered the one section of lawn that some times is forgotten, but not by Rsinbow. I asked John to kindly blow off granular fertilizer from hard surfaces. Nice ride, I said wondering why Art wasn’t using the same equipment as John. John had a reasonable explanation for that as well.

We hired Rainbow Lawncare to slitseed our lawn, remove woodchips and put down black dirt. Initially, the PM gave us a quote for another property. The PM didn't come out when we were home so he didn't know where the property line was which resulted in a second person coming out to slitseed 4-5 feet farther west to our property line. The black dirt was full of rocks, wasn't racked smooth and the holes around this area weren't filled in. We BARELY have any grass growing since the end of May. The PM came out at the end of June to discuss the situation in person and allegedly put more dirt down and raked the area. We've watered as suggested in the paperwork that was provided. Neighbors who've used other companies have grass growing and they had their work done after we did. So disappointed that we went with this company.

Jeff from Rainbow Lawncare was fantastic! He took the time to stop by and confirm our service, which we really appreciated. Since we had just redone our driveway, he was especially careful to keep everything clean. Jeff was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs—and the lawn already looks amazing. Andrew is just great! Just had a tree removed and trying to grow grass and he has been so accommodating taking care of my lawn!

Eddie knocked on my door to check in and see if I had any concerns about my lawn before getting started. He was thorough in taking care of the weeds in the yard and conducted himself very professionally throughout.

I was in the middle of doing lawn work when Alain arrived. He was very accommodating to allow me to kind of finish my job while he worked around me. I really appreciated that!

Rainbow has a great customer service staff and courteous field employees. I have enjoyed every interaction with their team. They seem well-organized, and Andrew was very patient when I asked him to go back and treat an area of our yard he didn't know was ours. I highly recommend Rainbow for both lawn & tree care!

Tom was cheerful and pleasant. He did the aeration and slit-seeding that we requested. He even blew our sidewalk when he finished. Good job.

Dan was awesome to work with. Very quick and kept me updated through the whole process. The company was also very responsive and they did great reaching out to us when we needed to reschedule our service due to the tree removal company not removing the roots in our backyard.

Great work all around. Really enjoyed the whole experience and now I get to enjoy a beautiful lawn with my family.

Tom notified us of when to expect him, introduced himself upon arrival and we went over the areas to be worked on. He promptly took care of the spots. All was good!
