Gardens by Lynn has created beautiful window box arrangements for our home for the past 2 years. Their work always look so amazing and we are consistently impressed by their design aesthetic, professionalism and friendliness. We get compliments from friends, family and neighbors all the time. Lynn and her team are the best and we look forward to them returning every season!

Lynn designed a fabulous new garden bed by our front entry. She is knowledgeable in what shrub/flower combinations go together. Lynn, Kathy and Katherine are hardworking, efficient, and also pay great attention to detail. A job that I thought might take 2 days to complete was completed by mid afternoon the same day They are a pleasant and a fun team to work with. I would highly recommend them for your garden needs.

My gardens look better than they have in years. Lynn and her team are a joy to work with! As a designer, Lynn is down-to-earth and open to collaboration. She really paid attention to what I was looking for. Also, her team has clearly been working together for a long time and were so cheerful while onsite. I will definitely use Lynn’s services in the future.

Lynn and her crew did an amazing job of installing our front yard 'cottage garden.' They were on time, efficient, very organized, friendly and knowledgeable, and provided great follow-up directions. The transformation in just a few hours was amazing; we had so many people stop to remark on how great it looks now :) I'd recommend them very highly!

Updated: It's now been about 16 months since Lynn and her crew installed our garden. In that time, they've been incredibly responsive to noting how some plants didn't work as well as we'd hoped and replacing them with something else, as well as changing out things that weren't my favorites. They've also planted up other areas for us, which look wonderful. We especially appreciate their garden maintenance service, since we're not at the house full-time to take care of things ourselves (and even if we were, I know Kathy would do a better job!). We continue to get lots of compliments on our yard, and I'm delighted to report that Kathy recently entered flowers from two of our plants, a daylily and a hydrangea, in a flower show at the Arboretum, and took home first prize - I give her, Lynn and the rest of the Gardens by Lynn crew full credit!

My neighbors call my gardens surrounding my townhouse my sanctuary; all the credit goes to Lynn and her team @ Gardens by Lynn. I started out small with some bulbs, wanting to establish a perennial garden. Spending so much time and money on planting annuals each year was no longer working for me. Whether it's helping me with tasks like spring cleanup or updating a perennial bed, I can count on Lynn and her team to exceed my expectations each and every time. I love looking at the before-and-afters- they do fantastic work!

Lynn came out and transformed our sad little front yard plants into a beautiful garden space. It looks fantastic!
She was very professional and easy to work with. I especially appreciated her willingness to utilize and help clean up/shape existing plants and use a few others we were able to provide rather than just completely ripping everything out and starting from scratch with only her product.

I was thrilled to have Gardens by Lynn develop my very own, unique garden. Originally, I had a dirt/grass patch.I tried so hard to grow grass, but with no luck. Now, it's a real head turner for all to see. Neighbors have already commented on my new creation. I highly recommend these very talented, hard working gardeners.

We hired NRD to solve our backyard drainage problem with a French drain/dry creek bed combination and to build a deck. Both projects turned out great despite 2020 being 2020.

In the past, we had a wonderful experience with NRD and recommended them to many friends. Unfortunately, the lack of communication this year and continuous delays were beyond unacceptable. Sadly we will never use this company again.

Working with Tim, Nick and the crew on replacing an old deck and tired walkways was a very satisfying experience. They were always responsive to our needs, thorough and patient when responding to our questions and respectful of our property. The finished project exceeded our expectations. Our 2019 project, and NRD's lack of communication was extremely frustrating, we had to contact them or we never heard from them after our deposit was paid. Kept using the excuse that they were busy, which is a good problem to have. Will not recommend or ever use again.- we started planning it in 2019 - installation was in 2020.

NRD is fantastic!! I interviewed 3 other Mpls landscaping companies before I decided on NRD. They did it all. They fixed an exhisting drainage problem, they landscaped, replaced the hardscape, added a gorgeous pergola and a fire pit. From design to final construction, Cori, Eric and Chris were always available and absolute professionals. I recommend them to everyone who wants to talk about their own landscaping projects. You will not be disappointed!!

We were looking to redo our landscaping along with expanding our small patio. NRD provided a great design, they coordinated with people as needed (sprinklers, deck, gas line changes and tree removal) and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them! Very happy customer.

NRD did a phenomenal job on my retaining wall - everything from design, product selection, and installation went off without a hitch. They took extra time to blend the new wall into an existing driveway which made for a dramatic improvement over the old wall. I highly recommend NRD for any of your landscaping needs!
