Rainbow is amazing! Having pests is an overwhelming experience if you are not familiar with it and Tavaras used education to help deescalate our concerns. Zach was right on time and was very friendly and easy to work with. He was helpful and gave me suggestions, as I have never had a pest control company come out before. He worked quickly and did a great job.

Update-a month later Nick returned to work on the foundation sealing as much as the winter weather would allow and to check on the bait and traps that were placed a month ago!

6 month update: still no mice :) Nick came and finished sealing up the foundation now that the weather is warm enough for the product to set appropriately. He explained what they were going to do and things look great! I still highly recommend! Thank you!!

Dave was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was confident the treatment would work on our carpenter ant problem, and the company providing a 6 month warranty is good peace of mind. Rainbow seem like they know what they're doing, we're going to ask their tree department to quote taking a tree down in our yard too.

Rudy was great. Very thorough and showed me all the trouble spots. Careful explanation of everything that needed to happen as well as showing me how to look for signs of rodents. Definitely have back to finish the job.

Can't say enough positive things about Rudy, the tech from Rainbow Pest who helped us resolve a mystery around our gas fireplace. Rudy went far above expectations and not only tackled that issue, but did a very thorough investigation of any potential entry points to the home. I have been using Rainbow Pest for years and they are super responsive. Isaac made it a point to not only move patio furniture and doormats mats to spray, but also put them back after it had a chance to dry a bit before he left. Great service!
