We have used Monticello Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning many times over the past few years for both plumbing and for A/C work. They are extremely reliable and do excellent/high quality work. I highly recommend them.

So impressed with Monticello Plumbing, Heating & AC!! They took the time to figure out exactly what our water conditioning needs were and did a wonderful job setting up our system!! I felt they had my best interests at heart and they charged me a fair price for their work. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them!!

Had Erick come out and check our furnace/AC because we weren’t sure what was wrong with it. He was able to not only figure out what was wrong, but fix it for an affordable price. Very professional and arrived on time. Erick answered all of me and my husband’s questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Mike did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. He is very knowledgeable and will also be putting in a new Reverse Osmosis system along with furnace and A/C maintenance soon. His prices, professionalism and customer service can't be beat! I will recommend him to my friends and family!

Called to get a appointment set up. Didn't use all the correct lingo with the receptionist and felt like I was a bother. Fortunately they are not the only place to get help from.

Excellent and Professional Service in everything done, from Toilet repair, Toilet Replacement, Hot Water Heater Replacement, and Kitchen Faucet Replacement, and even a sturdy Shower Bar installation. After all done, all areas were clean as if no one was even there. The pricing and billing we found were completely competitive and received a very fair and honest price for all the work done (in one day). We have used them exclusively since 2016, We are very lucky to have a Business that is honest, capable, and thorough in all our past and future needs. including the water softener that we have rented since 2016 along with salt delivery that outpriced everyone in the area at almost half the price :)

We first contacted them after moving to a new home and having furnace problems in the middle of winter. They are always friendly, timely, and willing to explain if you have questions. My air conditioning went out last night so I contacted Monticello Plumbing Heating and Air conditioning at 7:53 this morning. Communication was awesome from the start which gave me a sense of relief from the get-go. They came out and fixed it by 10:30! When it’s time to buy new, I know where I’m going!!! Thank you!!!

We used Monticello Plumbing and HVAC for a very unique custom home that my son built for his family. Energy efficiency was a top priority. Michael helped in the earliest planning stages to make sure that we selected the right equipment, and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the options out there. We used Michael and crew for all of the HVAC/plumbing for the entire house, which included in-floor heating, mini-splits, and a high efficiency boiler. I cannot believe how comfortable and quiet the house is. The utility bills have been even lower than we had hoped for. They take such pride in their work, that the mechanical room is gorgeous and my son shows everyone when they see the house. Every single person on Michael's team, from the front office to the crew working on the house was top-notch professional. They also were just really nice, fun people, which really mattered when we had a project this long and complicated. They were understanding and patient when the weather stalled things, and were able to jump in and finish everything as we neared our closing date. Very fair and upfront pricing for absolute top quality work. I can't recommend them enough.

Monticello plumbing was super fast, easy to talk to, and professional. My toilet would not stop running water so it was condensating, creating a very cold exterior to the toilet. Mike came out and fixed the issue in less than an hour from the service call, he was super professional, great on communication, and let me know what he needed from me to complete the job, and then texted me when it was done instead of calling as I was in an interview. The friendliness of this man was top tier and I'm grateful I was able to work with him for a few minutes. He briefly explained the issue and the solution he provided to solve the issue. Exemplary service, check them out!
