We needed a new furnace (we just moved and knew this was something that would need to be replaced) and Joe and his team did amazing. They came right over gave us heat again, they were very straight and honest with us. The price was very reasonable. We are so very appreciative of the work Off the Hook Heating and Air provided us. They made the process simple and easy. We would highly recommend them.

My furnace went out yesterday (Sunday). I am fortunate to have 2 furnaces so it wasn’t an emergency. I left a message and they called back verifying I could wait and gave me a general idea as to when a technician would be out. This morning (Monday) I got a call confirming my appointment and providing a 1/2 hour window as to when the technician would be there. The technician was very thorough, explained what happened, what he was doing to fix it and within 45 minutes it was working perfectly. He also explained the other things he checked to ensure there would be no additional problems (made sure my intake and output were clear on the outside)
He was even nice enough to look at my other furnace I had a question on and did a bit of maintenance on that for me to prevent future issues.

Joe is very friendly and reliable to work with. We needed to replace our AC and heating this year and he went above and beyond. His prices are reasonable, he came out to our home right away, and he answered all of the questions we had. We also replaced our water heater on our own, and Joe was nice enough to take the old water heater off our hands. We will definitely use Joe in the future. Thank you Joe!

During our October 2023 heat wave, our AC quit working. We called Off the Hook. We had same day service. Dan was able to diagnose that our A-coil had failed. They were able to locate one that was compatible with our equipment. Dan installed the new A-coil and had our AC working before the end of normal business hours. Dan is hard working, knowledgeable and was able to explain to us what was done. He gave us reasonable expectations for how long the house would take to cool down. We can sleep more comfortably tonight thanks to Dan

OFF THE HOOK should be your first and only call. Joe came out the same day!! Not expecting that, but AWESOME! He fixed what Dean's caused (the A/C it not to turn on).

Joe was amazing to work with. Our heat went out and he was very prompt at calling us back and coming out right away on a Saturday. He is not overly priced. His prices are very reasonable. We ended up needing a new furnace and he scheduled it for the next day (yes..on a Sunday). He did not up-charge us because it was a weekend. He was very friendly and offered to leave us portable heaters for the evening. He also helped us start our gas fireplace and made sure it was up and running. He took the time after installation to educate us and answer our questions. We will definitely use Joe in the future for all our heating and cooling needs. Thank you Joe!!

Incredible service from SMP! We had a very old and ancient furnace that needed replacing and also wanted to add central air to our house. We had a few big companies gaff at the job because it was to be a big one, along with a huge price tag. Joe was prompt, professional, reliable and very reasonably priced. We are so happy with the service and the quality follow through he has offered for the future. If you care about supporting local, small, hard-working companies like I do, Joe is your guy! He feels like family and I know he stands by his work. We will gladly call him back and recommend him to anyone looking for heating/air services.

We’re so thankful for Off the Hook fixing our AC before the heat this week! We called him on the weekend and he was here an hour later with our AC fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely kind, educated us and took the time to clean off our unit. Highly recommend!

After a couple weeks of our AC freezing up intermittently, I called Off the hook to have them out to see if they could figure out what was going on. He spent good amount of time troubleshooting and got it up and running to bring our home to a tolerable level. A couple days later, he stopped by to check on it only to find it was freezing again which finally revealed the cause. To prevent us from going any longer without consistent air , and subsequently heat if temps were to drop due to the issue, he willingly came out on a Saturday morning to repair/replace without an extra weekend fee. He was professional, communicated exceptionally and wasn’t Salesy like I’ve experienced with other companies. I was give n options that varied in price and explained the benefits and cons to each one without a strong arm either way.

Joe and Ashley are amazing! They are able to help our customers especially if they need help with financing.

We have worked with them on may project other than our own, which our clients were very happy with. But the one time my furnace went out of Christmas Eve, they came out a repaired the issue in no time at all.

We have used Off the Hook for an AC tune up and for the replacement/installation of a new air exchanger unit. They are easy to work with, communicate well, and their prices are competitive compared with others in the market. Would recommend to others and will continue to use for our home as well.

Joe was able to come the same day my AC stopped working. Was able to find me a used replacement part at a price I could afford, the new part was way out of budget. Was here the next day, and we’re back up and running. He was so nice and helpful, and very informative. So appreciative for his help. Will definitely be calling him next time my AC or furnace have an issue, and will be referring to my friends.

Joe was amazing!! I called him at 6:30 PM when I noticed my air was not working. He was at my house by 8. Found the issue immediately and replaced the part. He even cleaned my filter as well. Price was excellent. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I was looking for a local company to purchase and install a new furnace and air conditioning system for our home. After reading all the positive reviews for Off The Hook! Heating & Air, I decided to contact Joe for a quote to replace our old equipment. He showed up at the house within an hour of my call and provided us with a very competitive quote. On the day of installation, it rained the entire day and made for less-than-ideal conditions to complete the outside work. Joe was on top of the game and brought a canopy along to minimize the discomfort brought on by the rain. In spite of the rain, the installation was completed in a day.
