I love Pletchers! I have been getting my flowers from there for
over 25 years. They always do a GREAT job!!!

One of the best greenhouses on the east side of town. Family owned, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful staff. Skip the big box stores and go to Pletschers.

I ordered flowers for delivery via phone and it was a wonderful experience. The woman was so kind and patient as I stumbled through what I wanted.

Went to get 1 plant. But saw so many more worth buying . End up buying more and the assistants were so friendly and kind. Will go back again.

I received a birthday flowers from my son and a box of chocolates. The chocolate was not fresh without expiration date. Will not recommend that business. And it was very expensive!

Nice variety, reasonable prices. Been looking for a Korean spice viburnum all year and finally found one here.

Fantastic greenhouse with really cool stuff. They also have knowledgeable staff who assisted us with finding the right foliage based on ground and weather conditions.

Receive Roses every year for Valentine's from my husband from Pletchers. They are always Beautiful and my Rose's are still going strong. It will be two weeks tomorrow! Amazing! Love them!

Wonderful customer service! I called to see if they had a specific flower in stock and the employee that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. :)

I wasn’t able to go in person but over the phone Jared was a huge help in helping me decide what kind of plant I was looking for with zones and sun light at certain times. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Great service!

Very helpful staff. Busy in waves. Not many in door house plants. Tons of annuals and lots of perennials. Had lots of other things like gloves, weed and feed, and pots. Nice place!

I walked in to purchase a bouquet of flowers for my wife and after being initially greeted and attended to they ended up taking 20 minutes to put the flowers into an arrangement. No acknowledgment that the service was slow and they just ignored me the whole time I was in their store (with nowhere to sit down for the wait). Very impersonal and unprofessional.

Upside was that my wife did like the flowers, but in the future I will get them elsewhere.

Normally a big fan and supporter of Pletschers. However, I just ordered a bouquet of flowers to send for the passing of a relatives mother. I am really disappointed at the arrangement that was sent. I understand that sometimes a substitute needs to be sent, but for the price we paid, we really felt it was pretty skimpy. Normally, yes, big fans of Pletschers.

Excellent service across the board. Any question you might have will happily be answered. Plants are thriving even though the selection is INSANE.

Wow! This place had a great selection and good prices! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! $4/bag for a 20# bag of soil?! Garden or potting options?! I can't wait to shop here again!
