I have used your services for about 8 years. I have been satisfied with the service 'overall. I however have found myself on several occasions calling your offices requesting follow up services to spray areas that for different reasons were not looking good, either there was crab grass in various areas and or dandelions and other weeds that should have been taken care the first time. I have moved to my current address a year ago and the company that took care of my now lawn was doing a perfect job compared to how my lawn currently looks. I already signed up for 2025 and I am hoping that these issues I am stating above will be addressed professionally and accomplish professionally expected results.

Green Stuff has been the most helpful of ANY lawn, yard and snow services we have had in our 58 years of marriage.
The services we have are fertilizing and weed control of our lawn, mowing and trimming once each week, trimming our bushes and trees, and snow plowing. We have a long driveway and a large lawn and when they are finished it looks like a golf course!!
The snow plowing is so perfect they make sure the edges are
cleaned so as to not build up and shrink your drivable space.
The attitude when we speak with the office is graceful and appreciative. "Hello, this is Molly what can we help you with"
It is nice to know the names of the people, they are so helpful.
Thank you Ryan, and all the managers and the inside people that make things work so smoothly, especially all the outside workers
that work heat or rain they make sure everything is PERFECT!

Since I’ve installed cameras for other reasons, I’ve captured Green Stuff missing the other side of my yard several times in the past two years. Even after I mentioned to them the side of my house is the side with the most weeds, probably because they miss it majority of the time, this continued to happen.

What really caused me to end my service with them completely was after kicking my fence door open. I’ve never had any guests, my own teenagers, family members or friends, kick my fence door because they were too lazy to open with their hands. To have someone who I pay to service my lawn kick my fence door like this is beyond disrespectful.

I would highly recommend you install cameras if you continue or plan to go with Green Stuff, or better yet, seek another lawn care company because they too, did the same thing with my brother’s home, captured on camera. Missing half of his yard. This clearly shows, I’m not the only customer affected here.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Serviced my yard quickly after agreeing on services quoted.

Do not use this business! After 3 months, there have been zero results. Completely unprofessional and they don’t care about their customers. Their owner Ryan is also a piece of work. I will be submitting to BBB. Go elsewhere.

GOOD THING TO KNOW:
They will try to collect and will not do any improvements to your lawn, instead of trying to solve the issue like a real company. I’ll post the before and after. Zero improvement. SAD!

I have used Green Stuff Lawn Services on my home property for many years. I am a long term customer and Green Stuff is fantastic! Lawn always looks great after their treatments, especially weed control. The packages you can buy save a lot of money for the season, but they will also customize a lawn package for you to save even more.
You can modify by doing 3 rounds of treatment instead of 5 for the lawn season or customize to what you can afford… weed control only etc. Ryan & his team will help you find something that you can afford. I also appreciate that after each treatment they leave a note & the invoice bill hung on front door saying what was done, when, and any specific directions or tips for your lawn.
You can also pay bill after each treatment or save more money and pay for season as agreed upon with a discount. I’m happy to support this small business!

I am dissatisfied with Green Stuff Lawn, which services my neighbor's property. Their workers have repeatedly shown a lack of care and professionalism by hitting and denting my fence and blowing creeping charlie into my yard.

Today, one of their workers parked his trailer blocking a significant portion of my driveway, making it difficult for me to leave. The employee saw me get into my car, looked at his trailer blocking my driveway, and walked away without moving it. This was very disrespectful and inconsiderate.

According to Minnesota Statutes, Section 169.34, it is prohibited to park a vehicle in front of a private driveway. This law exists to ensure that access to driveways is not obstructed, which is exactly what happened in this instance. I strongly advise against using Green Stuff Lawn for your lawn care needs. Your neighbors will thank you for using somebody else.

This is our second year using Green Stuff Lawn and we have had a positive experience. Thank you!

We have used green stuff lawn the last few years and have been very happy with the way our lawn looks.

I would NOT recommend this lawn company to my worst enemy. I had a beautiful green and healthy lawn and now it’s filled with large burnt spots and dead grass. The burnt spots were evaluated by the University of Minnesota, Extension lawncare and a Turf Management specialist. They both concurred that my lawn damages were caused by: high nitrogen fertilizer, over-spraying and spraying occurred on a very high temperature day. The owner(Ryan) visited my property and stated “the burnt spots were caused by your hot riding lawnmower tires and your lawn is stressed.” The only problem is, I don’t have a riding lawn mower. He took NO responsible for the poor service and damages to my lawn. Again, run the opposite direction when you see this lawn care company. See attached damages.

Green Stuff has been my go-to lawn service provider for many years, at least eight, probably more. They've always been on-time, courteous, and professional. My yard always looks very well nourished and weed free, many of my friends make positive comments.

They are timely, communicative and willing to be flexible based upon your needs. I am on my 3rd year with them and plan to continue to use their services.

We started using Green Stuff this spring. What a great experience. They are so helpful, reliable and responsive, especially when all the rain keeps making a jungle in the backyard for our puppies! I highly recommend them!

I have used Green Stuff for years, both lawn and snow removal. They respond quickly and correct any issues, which are few and far between,

very poor customer service I have attached photos of how they left my lawn after aireation and over seeding. I called and complained and told them that seeding was not acceptable that was the last I heard. The kids who did the aireation and overfeeding were very rude to my wife
I have used this company for a few years but no longer going forward. I am preparing for a fight on an outstanding invoice that I am considering not paying

Would not recommend this company. Scheduling is very poor and they give you a one day notice. I requested a yard cleanup and aeration for this spring and they did the aeration before the cleanup. They used a large lawn mower and packed everything back in and left ruts.

Being first time home owners in MN, we looked around and ended up with Green Stuff Lawn. We had weekly mowing and edging, everything was great. Always showed up, mowed and edged quickly.

Been using them for fertilizer service and fall leaf clean up for about 3 years. They were the best price and my yard looks great!

I was impressed with their prompt response to our call for help when our front lawn was decimated by grubs. While it’s a work in progress, I appreciate their speedy and professional approach to getting our lawn restored.
