I work for a property management company and we’ve used Diversifed Drainage on several projects now. We have used other outfits for drain tile work and ran into issues with quality and professionalism with previous contractors.

Mitch and his team are great at coming up with cost effect solutions to our needs. The guys installing the drain tile are great, hard working guys that are easy to communicate with. In the rental properties they’ve worked at for us, they are very good at answering our residents questions and concerns. They are great at keeping areas safe and work efficiently. Their prices are competitive with other work we’ve had done, but Diversifed Drainage’s work is hands down far better. Highly recommend them.

We had Mitch from Diversified Drainage out this week to look at possible solutions to recent instances of water in the basement. I was impressed by his honesty and transparency that an indoor solution for my particular issue would be best, rather than selling us on something that may not resolve the issue. Since he thought another company may be a better fit for our issue, he did not charge us the normal consultation fee. In this tough economy it’s rare to find a company that operates on ethics over profit. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him out again for any other projects that come up in the future.

Diversified Drainage installed a high performing french drain solution at my house. The old drainage solution had failed and was not an optimal design. The guys at Diversified Drainage were incredibly professional, and when they were done, it was like no one was there at all. Even the grass looked undisturbed. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Diversified Drainage! Our lawn was a complete mess, overgrown like a jungle with terrible grading that caused water issues around our house. Mitch, Tyler and their whole crew came in and completely transformed the space. Not only does our lawn now look fantastic, but they've also fixed the drainage issues—keeping water away from the house and reclaiming yard space we didn’t even realize we had! The entire team was incredibly professional and hardworking throughout the process. I was extremely impressed with the Diversified team. I initially contacted them to assess some grading issues on my property and ultimately hired them to grade a 165' x 85' hockey rink surface. Their work was outstanding—when they finished, I checked the accuracy with a rotary laser level, and it was spot on. The entire process was smooth, and their team was professional, friendly, and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Diversified Drainage did a great job salvaging a horrible job that a landscaping company did on my grandmother's yard. The landscapers essentially turned her yard into a swamp and Mitch and his crew fixed it up nicely, just got back from helping her garden in what used to be a landscaping company induced swamp nightmare!

Mitch cares a lot about his company, if you have any issues let him know and he'll make it right.

I’ve used PDGP twice and had a great experience both times. First project was fairly complex and Max did a great job diagnosing the problem and taking care of it. Also used them to clean a clogged sink drain and they handled it promptly for half the price I was quoted from another company. Highly recommend for plumbing projects big and small.

We are so unbelievably grateful for PDGP coming and helping fix our toilet just before we were hosting guests. They were responsive, informative and quickly resolved our issue giving us complete ease. Would recommend the PDGP team to anyone!

Highly recommend PDGP. We just bought a house and had Max replace our water heater, toilet, garbage disposal, as well as fix a few other issues we had. Max is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and everything was priced very reasonable. In addition he does not try to oversell rather he only fixes what needs to be fixed. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Max was very responsive and professional. He even helped me through 2 seperate plumbing issues that were easily resolved over the phone with his guidance! He didn't even need to stop out even though he had offered to do so.

Max is the best! He spent multiple days at our house preparing and install plumbing for our new showers, toilets, and sinks. It was a lot of work but he handled it with total professionalism and he was also super down to earth. Max was incredibly meticulous with the layout and took the time to ensure everything was up to code and draining perfectly. He was honest, fair, and reliable. I will be calling max for any future plumbing work that we would need and would also recommend him to anyone looking for honest and good work done to their home.

Outstanding skill and customer service at a very reasonable price. Max fixed a toilet flange, placed a fixture, and did some troubleshooting and diagnosis on our plumbing venting. He was fast and courteous, but he also took the time to answer my questions. Max is an expert plumber but also has the communication skills to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it which I really appreciate because I like to understand how things work. I will be calling PDGP next time I’m in need of pluming work. Thanks Max!
