Farr replaced our basement piping and boiler. They are doing our basement bathroom plumbing work as well. The team is nice and accommodating. They do excellent work at a fair price.

For the second winter in a row, I had heating issues. This time I went with Farr to repair them. I could not be happier with the service! The guy came in and got right down to business on identifying the issue and fixing it. The bill was 1/3rd of what I was expecting. I went with a larger company last winter and it was 3x as much and they clearly did not properly fix it and instead tried to just throw parts at the problem.

Did a great job installing our water softener. Friendly and courteous.

Also, l had an issue with the invoice and the office admin and the owner handled it immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing but really good things to say about this company and crew. They replaced the boiler in my 1904 vintage house at a very fair price, worked hard and got it done in one day. They also resolved an issue with my hot water heater that two other companies wanted to replace for around $2000. Great service, fair prices and quality people. Thanks, Jeff!

This company charges hourly rate in addition to $70 trip fee. Charged $224 to install kitchen faucet and to tell me they could not replace the valve on my main water inlet. Maybe that is normal charge for plumber, but it seemed odd to pay for time to hear they could not do the other job as quoted on the phone. Disappointed about that, but very happy with the quick install they did on faucet.

These guys are an amazing company. They came in to fix a heated drive unit with a somewhat older boiler. Instead of trying to sell us a 14k unit like the previous failure of a company who looked at it, the bill was only a couple thousand for a several component fix that took multiple trips due to the complexity of fixes.

Can't get a call back. Ice froze my pipes and they won't even call back to fix my flooded basement
