Originally gave the company site all stars… but found a couple of days later that our pressure was still low. The culprit was indicated as an old water softener. Replaced it. Still low pressure. The bathroom with the issue had an older “filter” shower head. I removed that and found that the filter itself was older and clogged. Replaced the entire shower head and pressure issue was fixed. The tech from Goss had looked at the showered and said “it looks new” and didn’t actually check it. An overall waste of time and money, unfortunately. The diagnosis was incomplete and resulted in unnecessarily expense.

I’ve used Goss for a few small projects now and I’m always impressed! They’re easy to schedule with and always show up on time. Plumbers are knowledgeable and do good quality work.

Carlton replaced my sewer line in Minneapolis in 2021 and went above and beyond in his work, even having to stay until 11pm on a Friday night in 90 degree heat. It was a challenging job that had unexpected problems (the city's line flooding into the trench) and he handled it all with grace and compassion and came in way under other estimates. A sewer line repair is tens of thousands of dollars in cost, but I trusted that Carlton was 100% honest and fair with me in pricing.

Goss Plumbing was professional, friendly, and efficient. The phone operator worked with me to find an earlier time slot than I initially requested after the problem got a little worse.

Dave from Goss Plumbing came over and was friendly and insightful. He obviously knew what he was doing and was kind enough to explain some things to me when I had questions being a relatively new homeowner.

Would recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

Through a referral from a friend, I used Goss Plumbing twice during a total bathroom renovation. Both times, it was a very positive experience with exceptional service.

I'm so lucky I connected with Goss Plumbing! Everyone I've worked with has been more than competent, professional, and transparent.
I have a very small bathroom (the only one in my 1942 house) that needed to be altered to accommodate my knee replacement surgery. I'm not kidding: as it was, if you sat on the toilet, your knees touched the bathtub. The surgery requires no knee bending for a long time.
I think small spaces require much more problem solving. Another company didn't even mention moving the toilet to a new wall (only that I couldn't replace it with a corner toilet because a joist was in the way.) Their solution was to tear down everything, including moving the bath tub, which would cost $25K. By this time, I was crest fallen.
Carlton from Goss resolved all the issues and saved me a lot of anxiety and $$.
There was a great deal of plumbing involved, including rerouting the gas line to my stove. I also had all of the remaining galvanized pipes replaced with PVC, which included the kitchen sink!
When I began to install new shower/tub fixtures, none of the existing pipes fit--they were too old and different widths. So I got a chance to meet another amazing plumber from Goss who replaced old valves and pipes (in the access panel in my small bedroom closet). He also installed the new shower fixtures, which was a big relief.
The plumbing was not done in a vacuum. The bathroom walls were being demo'd, new backer board installed, and new tile on the walls and floor. Maybe Goss is used to that, but I thought it was a Herculean effort. I can't give Goss enough kudos, just another big thank you and very well done.

*update, company reached out and stated they had new software and I was overcharged and offered me a partial refund.
Wow, was I taken advantage of by Goss Plumbing! I requested to have a handle replaced the plumber indicated he may have to cut walls and made it sound like a labor intensive project, (the only reason why I agreed to the quote). Reality, he took the handle off, placed a new plastic valve and put on a new faucet. Parts online less than $50, took less than 30 minutes, I paid $612.00. No plumbing was even done, I am sick to my stomach. Called the billing department to see if maybe the plumber over charged me, never heard back. Would not recommend!
