My technician, Kong, was very polite, personable, and professional. He was on time and efficient. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Our tech was Kong. He was very professional and transparent throughout the whole process of clearing our clogged bathtub drain line. After a quick inspection and Q&A session he completed his paperwork, grabbed his tools and got to work. When he initially assessed the work he walked me through it, educating me where he could since my knowledge is severely lacking when it comes to plumbing. After figuring out a loose pvc pipe might highlight an issue with his equipment, the homeowner and I put a hole in the wall to remove the previously covered access plate. From there Kong was granted a better access point and also found a leak that we’ll have to go inspect in our crawl space down the road. Without finding that out we could have easily ended up with mold or rot at some point. All and all, Kong was the best tech we could have had and we’ve got cleared draining pipes once again. The work was worth the price and the experience to learn about what preventative maintenance can be done going forward.

The technician Kong was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a new a first-time homeowner, I had many questions and he was very patient and kind with answering all of them. He was respectful of my space, by wearing plastic shoe plastic covers every time he came into my home, he also cleaned up after everything was said and done. I ended up purchasing the Pipe Shield product offered by Roto-Rooter and I feel empowered and prepared to protect my home from any future blockages.

I 100% recommend. Roto-Rooter was fast to schedule and efficient. I as a first-time homeowner, have no issues or complaints!

The terrible business practice of charging $79 to walk through the door and phone reps refusing to even give price range. For a garbage disposal installation, was quoted $1000, which is absolutely absurd. Go a quote from Northern Plumbing and Softening for $250 installation, same exact job.

Highly recommend! Kong was very professional, respected our time and space, while he cleared and unclogged our drain lines! He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns with plenty of insight. Gave us solutions to resolve future possible problems.

I would like to give a shout out to my technician Kong for the great work he did. He was polite, courteous and explained everything thoroughly to me. 10 out of 10 would recommend him.

Technicians, Sean-lead, and assistant Mitchell, were very professional. Mitchell, fairly new, was very poised.
Expensive, however Sean explained and performed the under ground drain pipe procedure with care and precision (even with faulty equipment).

Technicians deserve a 4 Star, however RR had to reschedule (appointment was to be yesterday) and their equipment had to be repaired onsite.

Our sewer backed up on a Sunday morning and roto rooter was out within 2 hours taking care of it. Kong was beyond professional, very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood everything. My husband was out of town and never once did I feel talked down to or that he was trying to upsell me on anything we didn’t need. Fabulous service and we can run our water again!

We had to have shut off valves installed on our gas dryer and oven. The technician was pleasant and thoroughly answered our questions. He did a very professional job. We were very satisfied with his work. He left the area neat and clean.

Andrew and Brandon came to the rescue at my parents' home during a sewer repair. They were helpful and professional during the entire process and explained things thoroughly. It's very stressful to deal with this type of issue at your home and they were friendly and went out their way to clean up and explain the next steps clearly and professionally. I wish I could give them 0. They did not fix the underlying issue like they told me they were. We were charged thousands to clear our drains and the problem came back less than a year later. We had a different company come out and they found a complete separation in a main sewer line where tree roots have been growing. We also found out that our townhouse association should have been responsible for the work that roto rooter did. The competing company was able to find the problem and hold our HOA responsible. I shouldn’t have been charged for any of the work they did.

They got here fast and snaked out my clogged kitchen sink drain. Service was fine? The $500 price tag to snake the drain is insane. I'll invest $100 into a 100ft drain snake and save myself a fortune in the future. If you have an emergency, give them a call and they'll be there fast. If it's not an emergency, I'd try your best to find another solution.

The tech that came to my home, was incredible. He shared tips with us to help this problem never happen again. His name was Kong. He was polite, considerate, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will use Roto Rooter again. Thank you very much Kong. You're one of the best!

Roto Rooter is our "go to" plumber of choice. We recently discovered a leak in our crawl space going to our refrigerator. One call and we had an appointment time that worked with our schedule. When Jake arrived, he listened closely as I explained the situation and didn't hesitate to go into our crawl space and take a look for himself. He explained the situation, showed me pictures and a video on his phone of what was happening and how he would fix it. Once it was completed, he showed me pictures of the repair (because I wasn't going in the crawl space). Jake was professional and polite. We sure appreciate knowing we can call Rotor Rooter when we need help! Thank you!

We had a really great experience! The plumber was able to come in and give us an immediate quote and detailed process of what he would need to get done. He was fast and efficient! We will definitely use them again!

Had an emergency drain backup in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to get someone over within a couple hours and charged a flat fee. The tech was friendly and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The drain was cleared well and we ended up with no significant water damage.

A great experience all around with very professional and helpful people! Their work was efficient, timely, and reasonably priced. I will absolutely be using them again for any future needs! I’m so glad I contacted them for my plumbing issue.

We had a good experience with Rooter Rooter. They came out to clear the backed up line last night, but it had somewhat cleared on its own. They recommended using a camera the following day. This morning someone came out with a camera and confirmed there were many roots blocking the line. He recommended having either a water pressure treatment or clearing it with something that will grind the roots. We opted to grind them. We were also informed of the eventual price to replace the drain to the street if it keeps occurring.

Next, Kong came out and cleared the drain using his large machine. He took the time to advise us about getting a new drain cover for the galvanized pipe from the 20's for greater access to clear roots in the future, and ensured that we had access to the best price. He was very polite, helpful, and did a great job!

We had a good experience with all 3 technicians and recommend their service. They plan to follow up on Monday to ensure the line is clear with another camera scope.

We were having trouble with the tub/shower spout and called Roto-Rooter. He was able to come within the hour and offered a range of options to fix the problem. We decided on a solution and he fixed it quickly with no mess. Looks great.

Mr. Kong was an excellent help to us today, Saturday! We were in trouble and he came first thing this morning and ended that trouble quickly and expertly. He was kind and very assuring to us.
