We had a sink clog that was relentless. Attempted with a snake and baking soda/vinegar. Had Roto-Rooter come out and our technician King was incredible. He explained everything and wouldn’t give up until it was gone. He worked harder than Ive had any other Roto-Rooter technician that has came out and every single one that has came out has been beyond outstanding. My wife and I were beyond impressed and grateful for his service. This company is easy to work with, professional and reasonably priced. Plumbers are expensive, but so is your plumbing, and having someone who knows what their doing is important.

You will not find a more hard working, reliable, and fair cost for service than the guys at roto-rooter. The one associate arrived at my home, on time, talked me through each step of his process, when my job was starting to need a second associate, he called for support, two hours into my job, the second guy arrived, they worked to complete my job 4 hours later! Amazing! Very thankful, based on the quality of their service, I bought a home care service, would not consider going any where else! Great experience!

We had a pinhole leak in the pipe above the water heater. It leaked for hours before we found it. Jake, Showed up on time and explained what needed to be done. He ran and got the parts, came back and fix the issue. Had a nice conversation Molly was fixing the pipe. We are happy that he could get here First thing this morning. Thanks, Jake

Kong was very professional and talked us through all that he was working on. We had a main line blockage and he cleared it out no problem. He was very polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kong & Roto Rooter to others and I will definitely call them again if we have any other issues. Awesome service!

These people do not know what the word professionalism means. Had to do the same job 3 times, made huge mess, did not clean up, left lights on, doors unlocked, and their "job" left us with a flooded basement, hours of cleanup, and they did not respond to our calls for help when their work failed, and water was POURING in from the pipes they "fixed." AVOID these people. They are unprofessional, have zero manners, and do not do proper work.

Called to see if there were any openings to be able to come out and look at an issue with a leaky sink. When other local businesses indicated that they were 2 weeks out for service calls.. Priority Plumbing was able to show up within the hour to check things out.

Fast and friendly service. No unnecessary repairs were suggested.

Priority was able to come in on pretty short notice to install shower valves, vanity sinks, toilets, dishwashers, gas ranges and water heaters at a Triplex property in Minneapolis. They were punctual, professional, friendly guys; and the pricing structure of their quote for the work was clearly laid out and fairly priced. They also had licensing for both plumbing and mechanical: so were able to do the install on the gas range which saved me some time in finding an additional contractor.

They did great work for me and I would reccomend them to others!

I don't write many reviews but the customer service I received was so excellent I wanted to give a shout-out to Noah that I spoke with on the phone- not sure if he works on the website team or if he is at this location in my home state.... Noah took nearly 45 mins helping me find the correct side-sprayer replacement for our kitchen sink... I was very frustrated after having a local plumbing company basically not fixing the issue or offer to find the part, and calling Ferguson reminded me of what a good customer experience should be... I just want a functional kitchen sink, not a replacement! Part was received and installed yesterday (took maybe 2 mins) and now our sink is working again. Great job Ferguson team, and you will be getting my business for any plumbing needs going forward. Eric
