Jake does good job to install my shower head I like it , re quest him back repair kitch shat off valve hot water break and install faucet, and will request him back install bathroom faucet

Na was super kind, courteous, proficient and resolved our issue in under 30 minutes! He arrived same day and saved our basement from flooding. 10/10 would request his service again!

Jake is phenomenal! He’s knowledgeable and listens to our concern. My parents have been having issues with their sump pump and dealing with a lot of flooding. He came and noticed a lot of the issues that lead to the defect of the sump pump. He explain each problems and how they contributed to the defect. Replaced the sump pump and bought extra materials to keep the sump pump working correctly. Definitely will recommend Roto-Rooter!

Jake was pleasant and knowledgeable. He completed the repair, replacing a flange under the toilet in about 2 hours. And cleaned up after the repair

12/2 followup: situation unresolved. Actively communicating with Attorney General and BBB. Every one who knows facts says “alarming.”. Strongly recommend ANY other plumbing service.

11/20 original review: Predatory practices targeting elderly people. Just sent letter to Attorney General in MN to investigate. Have contacted firm seeking refund of services not authorized totaling over $13,000 charged to an elderly family member’s credit card. Have not heard from company. Escalating now and wish to warn others against predatory practices.

Very expensive. I got the kitchen sink drain clog fixed. Anyone can do this job. I’d not recommend because of the price.

Mr. NA Xiong was great he explained what he was doing and got right to work. He was friendly, quick and was nice enough to clean up any mess associated with the drain cleaning even took time wiping everything under my sink.

We had a damaged disposal that needed to be replaced as it had leaked through the ceiling in the basement. Roto-rooter came out within an hour of us calling and got the issue sorted very quickly. James replaced our disposal the next morning. Communication was clear and friendly with everyone who was on the job. We would highly recommend!

I called with a toilet flushing issue. The dispatcher was excellent, and help would have been within an hour. I found out my business issue was shared with others, so not my problem. Fell to the landlord. So I called immediately. Again they were nice and courteous and thanked me for letting me know. Excellent service !
