This place has PHENOMENAL pricing!!! The guys at the counter REALLY know their stuff, and if they don't, they know where to find it!! The product they sell pretty much sells itself. But the way the guys in the warehouse pick it, is like they're mind readers! I swear, at the very same moment as the counter guy (in horrible with names) presses "Enter", my part magically just shows up!! I've used several different places for my HVAC parts, but I've never found a more personable bunch!! They really DO hire the best!!!

Excellent service! I presented David F with a frustrating water heater venting issue and he was more than helpful and friendly throughout and got me just what I needed.

Only contracted Plumbers can purchase parts from this store.

They are the only local business that has the exact part I need.

They will not sell the part to me.

I understand company policy, however this seems a bit ridiculous.

Poor customer service. Not called when parts arrived and were at the store.
Disappointed that the Plymouth store was non-supportive and would not run the parts to Golden Valley store, which would have been much more convenient for me to pick up.
Also dealt with a forceful saleswoman at Golden Valley who almost convinced me to purchase a $289.00 shower unit I had no need, or desire for.
The only positive highlight of my Ferguson experience was a man named Jason Lovold at Golden Valley store. He stepped in and was helpful, thus allowing me to purchase the parts I wanted and needed.He stayed beyond his quitting time to help me and finish up my sale.
I'm disappointed with lack of valued customer service, and will not be back when I need something else.

Had the part I needed in stock, was very helpful, and answered the questions I had. The only downfall is that they're only open during business hours. Thank you!

Purchased Thermador Microwave, Fridge Dishwasher and Stove for around $24,000. Have issues with microwave and cooktop. Ferguson passes you on Thermador then Thermador passes you on to 3rd party servicer in MN. I have been charged buy 3rd party servicer and they still cant figure issues out. Ferguson does not have strong relationships their vendors there for I have overpriced appliances that are under warranty and no one to take care of the the Appliance's. Completely dissatisfied with my purchase.

I am a builder/developer, I called the Plymouth Ferguson and asked to be transferred to plumbing contractor division. Byron picked up the phone at approx midday march 21st. I asked for a freestanding tub. He gave me only 1 option and told me the price. I then told him by budget for a tub is approx less than $1000, he then made a snarky comment and hung up the phone. I then called the chanhassen location and Alex answered and gave me multiple options for tubs and pricing then directed me to their subsidiary build.com, I then contacted my build.com rep and put an online order in. Not happy with grumpy old men thinking they run the show, when in reality they are in business because contractors alike are buying their products. They should definitely improve their customer service calls and make sure their contractors have the correct information and product availability to make the proper informed purchases.

I went in looking for a specific through nut for a vessel sink install on a remodel. They were very patient with me, and helped me without complaint or bad vibes. The first lady tried, and when she couldn't find what I was looking for, she passed me to a guy who tried some more. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I can't hold that against them because I knew going in that it was a very outside chance of my plan working. They put the effort in, and were very professional about it.

What seemed super easy wasn't. Had to call them to see if parts came in after I had ordered 2 weeks prior. And their delivery service was supposed to call letting me know they were on their way and they didn't. Their sales team assured me they would and they didn't as I don't have anyway of doing it myself. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to move an entire tub unit into the house by myself after calling them and asking them to send someone out. The response I received was, well can you ask a neighbor or a friend to help out? No, that's why I asked you to deliver and repeatedly asked that they call prior to delivery so I can let them in

These guys are awesome, I’m a home owner and I needed an AC capacitor and you can’t find these things in home improvement stores, you can order them online but when you need one right now, these guys are your best bet. They were very helpful when I called, created an account and got my order number created, I just gave the my order number when I reached the store and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

Did a bathroom remodel with all fixtures from Ferguson a couple of years ago. The showerhead broke. I went in to see about getting a replacement. The staff person was indifferent and completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t even look up my past order to see if they might have a replacement part.

Needed a cartridge for my faucet. The city desk person got it going and came up with a cartridge that would work. Helped me as if I was a regular customer. Thank you very much!

I got a Bradford white water here for a great price. They helped me load into my truck too.

Great day at Ferguson! We participated in the 2022 Roadshow which spoke on DOE changes for the HVAC community. By the end of the year, we would have encountered 1000’s of contractors over 100 cities.
