Farr is friendly, professional, and honest, and I highly recommend them. We called Farr to get a second opinion on a leaky radiator pipe after Bonfe quoted us more than $5,400 to fix it, and a simple Google search cast some doubt on whether this quote was reasonable. Farr quoted us $700 and got the job done quickly and effectively.

After failing to diagnose an upstairs bathroom leak, Farr's people barged into one of our rental units a few weeks later, with no notice and no appointment. They proceeded to destroy the bathroom ceiling. When my wife, using our iphone voicemail transcriptions, showed them no work had been authorized (there was NO doubt here), Farr was rude and uncooperative. They kept working and still billed us. This was obviously some bizarre scheduling error, but they could have at least been civil.

I was overseas at the time, and was only able to talk to Farr in person later. They were much dealing with me (although still not great), than with my wife. Beware of sexism here.

Farr may have many good reviews, but this kind of situation is something a landlord cannot tolerate, ever. Farr violated our tenants' rights (for which we could have been liable), was unpleasant to my wife, (who believe me can hold her own) and left us to pay for repairing the ceiling they tore out, all without even an apology.

Absolutely recommend. I’ve had plumbing work done by them before. I had a clogged drain thinking I needed new pipes. Instead of them trying to sell me a 1,000 repair, they recommended me to a drain cleaning service which saved me hundreds of dollars and time.

I had an appointment a week out but Blake reached out that the tech Sam was in my neighborhood today and would like to check the situation out. Sam was fast, kind, and did the service in hours less time than I was quoted by another service who wanted to charge triple the price. I will happily suggest Farr for anyone needing plumbing service and specifically Sam, who they are lucky to have on the team.

These guys show up on time, are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I initially hired another plumber who botched the job and Farr Plumbing was able to clean up the mess he left and did it for a reasonable price.

I have had trouble finding a good plumber that is affordable and honest. Luckily I found this great company and now use Farr for all my plumbing issues. They have installed a water heater and pulled permits on another plumbing project. The technicians have been very friendly and do great work.

Less from Farr Plumbing has been out to my house 2 or 3 times now. He replaced a very old (1920's) concrete laundry sink and a toilet for me. He's also fixed a kitchen sink vent. Less is extremely professional, responsive, and a guy you can trust. Very high quality work done very sensibly.

Everyone we interacted with at Farr plumbing was exceptional! We did our own bathroom remodel and they were very patient with our questions and ever changing timeline. A pipe burst connected to my boiler unit and the location was a mystery because it was in the ceiling of my garage. I had several estimates ranging from $4000-$14,000 to repair the pipe and fill the boiler. Farr plumbing was the only company that offered to just fix the pipe. My technician was friendly, and helpful. He was very skilled and found the leak and repair the burst pipe quickly. We solved the mystery as to why my water wasn't flowing and how the water in the pipe froze. Genuinely, from the first phone call the experience was top notch. I wanted around two weeks for service (not an emergency) and it was so worth it. They are reasonable and upfront about their costs. I will only call Farr Plumbing for any Plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Farr plumbing is amazing and their pricing is very reasonable. I had a small leak in my basement that was making a mess every night I came home. Their plumber came out, found the problem, fixed it in 15 minutes, and the bill was very reasonable. I will continue to give my plumbing business to Farr and recommend them to all my friends and family.

For around 6 months, I'd been researching air-to-water heat pumps as a replacement for our 42 year old Weil-Mclain boiler - going all the way to the various manufacturers themselves because there were so few installers in the twin cities who would listen. Then, Weil-Mclain announced a new heat pump product - an air-to-water het pump that works with radiators - as a companion to their Eco Tec high efficiency condensing boiler. Problem solved? Not without Farr! There were still installers who said they did not want to look at this technology and told me to wait five years. Well, I am happy to say, I have the first half installed, the gas part, which will become the backup once the air-to-water hear pump is installed. Farr installed the system in a way to accommodate the WM air-to-water heat pump in the future - or most any air-to-water heat pump in the future and in my mind, Farr is far ahead of the others!! Please keep up the great work!!

Best plumbing and boiler service in the Twin Cities! Very honest and they take pride in the quality of work.

The representative was very nice and helpful but the guys who did the job were very messy and didn’t finish the job completely. I wouldn’t go with this plumbing company again. Left my wall like this and told me they can’t do anything they don’t do drywall but they ripped it up.

We were referred to Farr Plumbing to look at our boiler after having Hero out and are so grateful for it. We had them out for a second opinion and found out the over $12,000 price tag from Hero wasn’t needed. The one item we did have done was 1/3 of the cost and he explained why we should do it (save on heating bills) versus is it’s just old and needs to be replaced. They were on time, polite and we’re very happy with the work.

Farr was by far the best bid I received. They were thorough and timely, going above and beyond expectations.

We received a $5000 estimate from an area big box Plumbing heating and AC company. I called Farr for second opinion. They came right out and advised my elderly father in an understandable way what needed to be replaced and what could be fixed. We agreed on a price for the different tasks that actually needed to be done and scheduled a date. They were able to come 2 days earlier than the planned date which worked fine for a retired person. Got all the work done, cleaned up and then went over and above the bid work and took care of replacing a toilet part with no extra cost. Very pleased! Thank you to the Farr Plumbing group for good service at a fair price.

Pretty good folks- were willing to provide me a rough quote on some work beforehand, fixed up some honest mistakes they made which caused some delays, and tried their best to get me in as early as possible between mine and their schedules.

Their rates seem in line with what I've been charged for plumbers before.

Overall, would recommend. I like that they're very communicative and honest.

Amazingly helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair the boiler quickly and cheaply. I've had 3 different companies come through to try to fix the issue in the last 2 years, so it was such a relief to finally have our heat working reliably again! Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

The crew at Farr Plumbing is first-class. Kashif (the Logistics Manager) is organized, communicative, and so easy to coordinate with. Our plumber, Mark, was the best plumber we've worked with so far since buying our house and fixing it up. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. His work is clean and done right 100%. We had some very tight spaces and unique layout requirements that any plumber could have made a big deal about, but he handled everything with no problems. Just smooth as could be. I highly recommend the team at Farr Plumbing and will be hiring them again in the future, for sure.

Goss plumbing is sticking with me through a challenging plumbing situation at our home. Though the cause is still unknown, they have absorbed some of the costs over the weeks, as they run through the many options to a solution. I am grateful for their perseverance. It is clear that their focus is serving me, their customer, even when this has cost them time without compensation.
