I called Sylvander Heating today and the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant compared to another company I called earlier, and Eric, the service provider was amazing. He explained everything, took care of my immediate problem and clearly explained about a part that needed to be ordered. It is nice to see that good customer service can still be found. Thank you.

Kyle repaired our AC quickly. Response time after call was fast. He explained work needed and kept us updated. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had two techs out to my house today to fix my water heater (worse time to not have hot water). Joseph and I don’t remember the name of the other technician, but they were GREAT!!!! Great communication, very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had and they were very friendly (and understanding with my lack of knowledge). Thank you Sylvander, you have a fantastic crew, truly from scheduling down to the repair, 10/10!

I can’t express my gratitude towards sylvander heating. I woke up this morning with no heat. I have two kiddos and was unable to pay anything up front. They worked with me and they were very empathetic to my situation. Within 2 hours of me calling maybe not even that long they were out here found the problem and fixed my furnace for us. Kyle the tech was extremely kind and professional, he had a lot of good insight as well. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

What a great experience during a difficult time. Christmas brought a special present of a furnace failing. Sylvander was quick to respond, they tried a fixing but the age of the unit required a replacement. The technicians that came to the house did great work, explained the new furnace, and were very respectful. One of the best service calls I have had. Thank you

June of 2024 my 23 yr old AC started leaking and wasn't working properly. Through HomeServe, Sylvander tech came to look at it. Said there was a leak and to fix it, it would be thousands of dollars for the discontinued r22 freon. I couldn't afford that and a new unit would be around $5,000(they did offer financing, but I couldn't afford the payments). I ended up purchasing a couple of portable units to make do until my brother in law, a very experienced HVAC tech could come to town to look at it. Turns out, it was packed with cottonwood crud. He took the panels off and thoroughly cleaned it and found there was no leak, he checked everything. It works great now. He said some of these newer techs don't want to work on older units. So, I'm not too happy with Sylvander. Happy to have my air back.

Edit: I do want to say that the tech that came was on time, courteous, and explained the situation fairly well. I updated to 3 stars due the the kind and fair response below.

Had an emergent need to have my gas line from my stove disconnected on short notice in preparation to have new flooring put in. They were incredibly responsive and the technician came by and helped me and it took him no time at all. The supervisor called me afterwards and told me it would be free of charge due to the little time and effort it took them. I just want to say thank you to Sylvander. They are incredibly customer focused and really care about supporting you. I would recommend them 100%.

I have gotten to know many people at Sylvander from front office, to repair technicians, to sales and new install… and have nothing but outstanding things to say about every single person I have had contact.

The short version to the long story a different now out of business company did a poor / improper install which lead to many different issues over the years. Then I had a different well known larger company come in and try to fix my less than 5 year old HVAC and they did all kinds of things essentially making it worse and I believe they weren’t after trying to get what I had to last, but to get me to have to buy a new system sooner. Finally, Sylvander came into the picture. They made things work, they made things last, they were honest about the options and never pressured me one way or the other. Whether it was a repair or eventually the new install, they explained things thoroughly at every step. Everything was meticulous once completed. In my opinion, there is NO ONE better than Sylvander. Thank you!

This is a great company. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend them for your HVAC needs! They put in a new AC and furnace for us to replace a failing system that was 23 years old. The new setup is GREAT.

They installed a new AC and heat pump system to replace my aging (and leaking) attic AC installation. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me select an appropriate unit and walked me through all the pros and cons as well as the financial aspects. There were a couple of technical hiccups along the way but Sylvander immediately took ownership of them and addressed each issue promptly. I am very satisfied with their service.

Furnace died and I called Sylvander as they'd serviced it previously. James arrived one hour after my call and diagnosed the issue. As repair was about 33% of the cost of a new one, we reviewed options and decided to replace it. Crew showed up at 730 and by noon, it was up and running. Sylvander also filed with Excel for a rebate. From start to finish it was less than 18 hours. Price was decent as well. Really professional company and nice people as well. They covered all the carpeting and when it was over, not a mark or stain in sight. Highly recommend.
