Consumer beware. Had a tech out to my house and I have dog's. Upon entering the house my dog's were confined and the tech reached over the baby gate and was nipped by one of the dog's and are now trying to sue us.

We had Smith Heating install a split unit AC/Heat Pump system in our house. The price was competitive, the tech (Jeff) was outstanding, couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

Very nice/friendly people to work with. They came out quicker than I expected to clean the condenser coil outside and above the furnace. I’d say their average priced, a lot higher than I’d like but I think that’s just anything nowadays.
