A professional site visit to scope the work, a prompt emailed proposal, was flexible with some changes in the scope of work, and was responsive with communicating with us. Arrived and completed the work exactly as proposed, and did a nice job. Nice system of communication with emails and text messages through the process.

We had a gigantic willow tree that needed to be removed from our yard (part of it had broken off and collapsed in a storm). Your Tree Guy came out the same day I called to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. They removed the fallen part, the remaining tree, ground the stump, removed the grindings, and filled in the hole with dirt. We could not be more pleased. Very efficient, professional, and obviously experienced. They performed a top notch job and cleaned up everything perfectly. We’re definitely using them in the fall for our regular tree trimming needs.

Had to get some trees removed and the crew did a fantastic job. Took them down quickly and safely. Clean up was great. Price was very reasonable. Communication was timely and clear. Definitely recommend this crew for any tree removal/trimming needs!

As I am reading the other reviews, I agree with the positive comments about how professional they were, the communication was honest and quick and the clean up was great! They were booked out quite a ways, but I was not in a hurry.

Excellent—lowest price & superlative work!
The trimming was done expertly using a cherry picker to make the cuts at the best place on the branches, and cleaned up the tree by removing dead branches and small offshoot twigs from the main limbs. They did excellent cleanup, raking up all the branches, twigs, and leaves before taking them away. Coming to Edina they ensured that everything was done professionally with great attention to detail. Very pleased!

Extremely happy I found these guys when I googled tree service. Came and gave me a bid that was substantially lower than the others. We worked out a deal I was very happy with. Told them I was worried about where trees were located. One was leaning towards my house the other was leaning over neighbors tool shed, they said, no problem. This business is a family run operation and it shows. I felt like my friends were over helping me. I am very picky and all things considered they did an awesome job.

The communication isn't the best, I don't think I was told how many people he had to get to before us until after I had asked for an update. I also got about an hour warning before the crew showed up where as an entire day would be nice.

The crew NAILED it, incredibly respectful, did a great job, and the cleanup was immaculate. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind surprise tree cutting I absolutely recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They overcharge, encourage fraudulent insurance claims, and scream at you if you question them. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!
