5.16.2025 Outstanding Emergency Service! Had a compromised tree limb deteriorate with the recent winds threatening the house. Called Pro Tree and within less than 1 hour their crew was onsite and meticulously removed the large limb. 5 out of 5 on timeliness, professionalism, expertise, pricing and cleanup. All during significant winds and rain. Kudos to this company and team!!!

I can’t recommend Pro Tree enough after the incredible service they provided during a recent emergency. A massive tree came crashing down onto my grandma’s house during a storm, causing significant damage and leaving us in a panic. We called Pro Tree right away, and they were out there the very next day—talk about responsive!
Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They carefully removed the tree from the roof without causing any additional harm to the structure, cleaned up all the debris, and even took the time to assess the surrounding trees for potential risks. The whole process was seamless, and they left the property looking better than before. Grandma was so relieved, and we’re all grateful for their phenomenal job.
If you’re dealing with tree removal, especially in urgent situations, Pro Tree is the way to go. Top-notch service from start to finish! 5/5 stars.

Pro Tree did an amazing job on our Red Maple Tree Removal. This is our second time using them. If i could give 10 stars I would! From the initial phone call with my dad at 430 in the morning to talking with nick. They had the guys out here by 915ish this morning to take care of a tree that came down in last night's storm blocking our garage. Will 100% be calling again the next time!

Horrible experience. I am a resident and guess what it has snowed for 3 days straight and noone has came to plow the snow in the driveway. When I called no one has answered. This was litterally the first snow all winter and I purchased a seasonal package. What is the purpose of purchasing a seasonal package. Might as well just pay for a one time purchase and may be even not. As they haven't came out once yet. If you are to hire for snow plowing be aware.

Would rate negative stars if I could! Horrible service their workers do not pay attention to what they are doing at all. Firstly throwing rocks at my vehicle chipping my paint. Then proceeds to break my Halloween decoration right in front of me and tries to act like nothing happened until he realized I watched it all. Then he laughs and sings because I was upset about the whole incident. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and customer service.

James and Darrick are excellent to work with.
We had our 30 year old paver driveway repaired and the repair was terrific, finished In 2 days, very satisfied.

Urban Design designed and installed our front patio in 2021 in Eden Prairie and we are still loving it today. James suggested several design ideas that we had not thought of and were so glad he incorporated them. They worked well with our landscaper to create exactly what we were looking for. Derick and the team are experts at what they do and very easy to work with. Several of our neighbors came to see our patio and had Urban Design do their front patios too. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

We worked with James, Derek and Kyle to add a new patio as part of a larger project to replace the decks across the back of our home. We didn’t choose Urban Design. They were selected by the general contractor. A great choice! Using the design provided by James (who listened carefully to our needs- and we had several), Derek and Kyle worked together seamlessly to bring this design to reality. Their expert craftsmanship created a beautiful new patio that blends into our established gardens and wooded hillside. They are professionals who communicate clearly and respect our property and our neighbors’ property. We will thank you again and again, as we enjoy this new space!

I worked with Urban Design on a large patio install. I was on the irrigation side. They'd did did a great job and were super particular when moving sprinkler lines. Very impressed!

These folks rebuilt a boulder wall for us that a previous landscaper constructed. The original landscaper just stacked rocks. It just didn't look right then sure enough, it fell apart during the winter of 2016.

Urban Design was eager to help- others didn't return my phone call and they seemed to only want to do giant projects. The Urban Design guys were on time, communicated very well and did what they promised. I would work with this company again without hesitation. Not only were they willing to help with our repair project, they did a fantastic job with our spring 2017 stone patio and walkpath projects!

James and his team helped with some water mitigation issues. The work was done as promised, looks great and the guys were very respectful of our property as they did the job. We will probably have them back for future projects.

Urban Design was great to work with! They did an amazing job of bringing our dream backyard to life! If you are considering having any work done to the exterior of your home, Urban Design is the company to call! We will be referring Urban Design to all of our friends and family and will absolutely be calling Urban Design back when we are ready for our next project!
