I have edited my original review because the owner, Garrett, took time out of his day to come and personally visit with me about what happened.

Refused to even schedule a service call because we are not a current customer. Great way to turn business away.

I’m the owner of premium stop in the east side of St. Paul , my walking Cooler was down for a week , I called 3 independent contractors they couldn’t fix my cooler and they didn’t know what the heck is wrong with my cooler . Finally I had it with them . I called MN total refrigeration system. They send me Jason very professional and knowledgeable and very reliable. He explained everything to me before He started doing anything. He got it fixed in one hour and half , I was so happy and amazed , And I can’t thank them enough, they put me back in business right away.I will highly recommend them to anyone . And I will not use anybody accept MN Total refrigeration system. Thank you so much.

They worked with my schedule to get someone out right away for an inspection. Showed up right on time and were efficient, professional, and very helpful. Will be using them in the future as well as recommending them to others.

I had Culpepper Heating install Reme Halo LED UV units in my furnace. The UV light will kill viruses and germs, making my house a healthy place to live. They were good, friendly people to work with.

Very happy with Culpepper Heating. My furnace was out on one of the coldest days of the year. They responded quick and fixed my problem! Honest and fair! Highly recommend!

Jim was great to work with...quick to set up time to check our a/c and arrived on time. He was very personable and helped in every way he could to figure out our issue. Very responsive. Had an issue in the morning with my furnace not kicking out heat and called. Phone was answered immediately. Was able to get a diagnosis of the issue with my furnace over the phone, and even though he had a full schedule, James squeezed me in to get my furnace kicking out heat. Will absolutely use this company again. And their fees ate so reasonable. Very helpful.

GREAT company to work with. We were having a problem with our furnace. Called James he came out the next day. Outstanding customer service. Explained what he was doing. Very professional, would highly reccomend this company. It's amazing to find a company you can really trust!!

Jim and team are fantastic to work with. I expected to be placing an expensive service call, and Jim was able to troubleshoot over the phone and identify a problem that I could fix myself, saving me a lot of money. Thanks Jim!!!
