I've used Binder for furnace tuneups in the past, but really appreciated their excellent service today. Over the weekend my furnace was having quite a few issues, and I left a service request on their website. They called me at 6:45 am on Monday and got a tech out within half an hour. The tech, Kyle, got the issue figured out quickly and explained what happened. I am now happy and warm!

I called Binder after receiving 2 other quotes for replacing my furnace. Michael was very helpful walking through options and explaining the differences. Not only that, their pricing was more competitive. Today the two techs came out and replaced my furnace. They were great to work with, answering my questions along the way and left the house clean after their work. Highly recommend!

I've had around 5 or so Binder employees in my house over the last few years. Every single one of them has been a complete professional! They assessed my old AC n furnace unit and gave me all of the options from repair to replacement without any pressure or upsell. They gave me multiple estimates to cover a range of options and were very patient with me as I took a few years to finally replace them both.
After deciding to go with a high efficiency furnace, Binder applied for my rebates from both gas and electric company. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with how it all turned out.

We had a heating emergency with frozen pipes at an apartment building in mid-January and had been up all night babysitting the boiler. We called Binder and they had Mike out working on the boiler at 9:40am. Great customer service and skilled technician! They were back four days later to install new reset controls per their quote. Ashley from the office was friendly and wonderful to work with as well. Eric was the technician on the second call and he was top notch too. We will be working with Binder Heat & Air again! We lived in our house for eight years and the ac was not working since day one. I looked at a few places and read reviews, but Binder caught my attention with the positive reviews, A+ on bbb, and most importantly being a local business. We had our ac and furnace installed a few days ago. The technicians were superb and professional throughout the job. Everything was explained in details when needed, and then some. I recently had my 70+ year old furnace replaced by Binder. It was a tough job and the crew worked hard, was very professional, and took time to address any concerns and questions. I have been a customer with Binder Heating for a long time and just now decided to write a review because more people should know about them! I love how they take care of all my equipment and Garrett and Kyle are always professtional and honest. They explain what they are doing and what I need.

My combi boiler was leaking around the holidays and based on reviews called binder - wow am I glad I did that. It was after hours so the charge was higher then normal but the tech (AJ) trouble shooted with me on the phone (FaceTime)to see if he could solve it for free. Amazing. He ended up coming out and getting it fixed and running. The next day a different part started leaking - called him back and he walked me through shutting the system down so I could at least have water then got another appt scheduled, ordered the part, and he was out here yesterday and walked me through everything and got it resolved. Will ALWAYS use this company and highly trust AJ, he was so helpful, timely and quick. Thank you Binder!

Binder was great to work with. Our heat went out in the night and they were very clear on pricing up front since we called late. Fortunately are tech arrived early and was able to diagnosis the issue. AJ was fantastic to work with and got our heat back up. Will happily be working with this company again for home hvac needs

Furnace went out at North Loop condo, 100 yr old building. Got 3 quotes. Binder presented lowest cost, and highest efficiency. And most professional on-site tech for sale. Alsowas only one mentioning the rebate ($1000), and they took care of all the paperwork. Install was professional, and cleaned up great.

Don't review many outfits. Binder i couldn't wait to. DEFINITELY check them out!
