Keith came out to help us with a leak. He was knowledgeable and timely at getting the work done. He was honest and professional. The company got us service within a day instead of waiting a week or more with other companies. The cost was surprisingly fair and reasonable. Don't waste your money or time with other plumbing companies. H2C will be highly recommended to family, friends, or anyone looking for a plumber.

Keith was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure. He took the time to understand and fixed the issue in very little time. Our outdoor hydrant had been leaking and after trying to fix it myself with no luck, it was time to call in the professionals! I would recommend them and hire again for future plumbing needs!

I have used H2C several times to assess issues with our boiler, and I always think they are the most transparent in their assessments and they offer fixes as opposed to pressuring you to buy a new boiler. In my latest interaction, I called about an error I was getting about a block in the condensate drain. Robert came out in the morning a few hours after I called and was able to fix a wiring issue on the spot when I thought I would need a new switch. My heat was back on in less than 30 minutes and he gave me some maintenance recommendations and told me that my boiler should last for years to come unlike everyone else who said I should replace it soon. He also only charged me $69 since they had been at my house a month ago to fix a water issue I had with the boiler. I would definitely continue to recommend them!

We had a great experience with H2C! Our water heater went out and they promptly replaced it. From calling the office to having the new unit installed, it was great service! Jim was friendly and answered all of our plumbing questions. We will definitely be using them again (soon) to fix some of our other plumbing issues. We are so happy we found them!

My water heaters gas control/thermostat went out. I called H2C and got a service call set up quickly. The communication was great. Emails and text messages from H2C and the plumber every step of the way. Keith was the plumber that helped me out and if I need any plumbing help in the future I will ask for him. Keith was early to our appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended calling the manufacturer of my water heater to take advantage of the warranty to save money on the part that I needed. He followed up with me to make sure I ordered the part and came back the next day once the part showed up to finish the job. The price was better than other companies I’ve used in the past and the service was better too. Quick, friendly and honest service at a decent price.

We've been using Binder for annual maintenance for 4-5 years now. All their techs are solid technically, good expertise and communicative. Chuck has been out the last few times and really does great work. Goes the extra mile to make our HVAC investment last. Our ancient A/C unit is chugging along fine with a new capacitor (preventative maintenance) and tested great. Earlier, our newer furnace (not from Binder) also had some parts issues that were caught during annual maintenance (leaks, rust) which got us some key parts under warranty that would have had issues within a few years. We're not generally big proponents of annual maintenance-type contracts, but it's paying off for our HVAC stuff!

I can't say enough positives about Binder's service. They promptly came out and performed an estimate on my commercial heat exchanger. The price was extremely competitive. When I selected them to do the work they had to order the major part and scheduled at time to do the service the next business day. This was of course during the coldest period of our winter and I was expecting at least a 3 or 4 day delay. They basically did everything immediately. It is working great. Hire them.

Binder was mid priced when I searched for someone to install a new AC and Furnace after remodeling my home . I went with Binder because Rick was very knowledgeable about all areas of my installation . They also agreed to do my duct work the way I wanted it done , other places argued with me about it . I am a multiple tradesman and I do quality work when I do a job . The Binder team took great care to install my whole system just as I would have done it if I had done it myself . Rick gave me a great warranty on all my equipment and stands behind what he promises you .
One last thing I want to say is that I recently had a problem with my furnace witch is still under warranty . I tried everything that I know to get the flame to stay on to get heat . My water heater was on and heating water next to me while I was trying to get the furnace to stay on . After about a hour of working on my furnace I finally had to call Binders after hours repair man . I still had full coverage but I tried my best to fix it before calling them out . The repair man initially thought that my gas valve was failing . After a couple more tests he concluded that my gas meter outside was failing . I then called Excel Energy out and in fact they had to replace my gas meter . The fallowing day I called Binder up to ask if they would consider reducing my bill because of these circumstances . Even though nothing was wrong with my equipment and Binder was not at fault for anything Rick took the facts of my request to heart and reduced my bill by 66 % when he was entitled to his full payment of this bill . If this all sounds to good to be true be assured that every word is true ! I have and always will recommend Binder to any one needing the services that they provide . They accommodated my payment method preference, full explained my multiple options and when it came time for install, they were on time, friendly, flexible and professional. I was a 5-year customer. The first three years no issues whatsoever. Very knowledgeable technicians. Very friendly. However in the last 2 years when I went to schedule my furnace maintenance for the year.... on the day of the appointment, which I take PTO time from my job so I can get this done.... I get a frantic phone call from their office people saying Well....everybody's furnace is broken can we please reschedule. The first year it was a cold day, I said I took time off of work. They did get somebody to come out. Now this year where it really wasn't all that cold and we already had several cold days.... I get the same phone call. Everybody's furnace is broken can you reschedule. I said no, I took time off of work to get this done. At this point I was done. You guys need to seriously learn how to manage your business with your existing customers and maintenance. I called to make an appointment for my furnace in september and you told me you don't do furnaces in september. Maybe you guys should, so that way everybody's furnace is tuned up and you guys can be better prepared for furnace emergencies during the winter months. Not a good way to do business with your existing customers. I switched companies. Just be prepared if you make a maintenance appointment. They're probably going to call you to bump your appointment.

Binder installed a new furnace in our home last summer, and it's working perfectly. Bob, the salesperson, thoroughly explained our furnace and filter cabinet options.The technicians completed the installation well and on time, and they even replaced some old drain hose with higher quality PVC pipe. I would hire Binder again.

I’m usually the person reading reviews but never writing one, but I’m so impressed with the service we’ve recently received, that I decided I had to review Binder Heating & Air Conditioning.
Chuck, our technician, assessed our AC units problems & gave us good options to discuss & we didn’t feel rushed or pressured or over sold. Chuck took the time to educate us on different filter options & went so far as to clean our old electrostatic filter to improve our air quality. Chuck knew we’d be without AC & offered to drop off a window unit- which he did at no charge (!) to keep us comfortable until we got our new AC at the end of June. I honestly thought that level of customer service was long gone, but obviously it’s the way Binder does business. I still can’t get over it & we look forward to referring Binder to our family & friends!

I've used other HVAC companies, and I won't search any longer. Thorough, helpful, and great to work with Binders.

Wonderful service and excellent prices! Our family has relied on Binder Furnace and Air Conditioning for many decades and they have always provided very fast, reliable and extremely high quality services. They have repaired and serviced our home furnace and air conditioner and have kept both units working reliably for the last forty years (…yes, that’s forty years on the same furnace and air conditioner)!

Early this January, our furnace blower finally stopped working. It was very late on an extremely cold, sub-zero Friday afternoon. Despite the weather, Binder’s had a repairman out that same afternoon and he made a temporary repair to keep the furnace working. We talked with Rick Binder the following Monday. He came out and measured our house, inspected our air vents and explained the pros and cons of different models and brands in very understandable terms. The Binder team was on-site early the next morning and had the furnace installed and operating that same day. The new furnace has worked very reliably since the installation. Great service! And we should mention the excellent office staff and repair personnel. They are extremely helpful, efficient and provide great support and follow-up for customers.

Over the decades, we have come to rely on Binder's services and have strongly recommended them to family members and friends. The feedback has always been excellent. We cannot recommend Binder’s Furnace and Air Conditioning too strongly. Thank you Binder’s!
